"She will be coming soon. Manik! Why are the arrangements not done? She will be here in fifteen minutes!" Nandini shouted as she noticed the arrangement of flower that her caretaker would like.

Shania would like.

Her caretaker, Shania and the foster mother, Sana.

Today as her caretaker is coming, she wants everything to be ready perfectly but nothing is ready even after her being all shouty all the time.

Shania was one of the person Nandini remembers growing to believe in her being a witch who helps everything with good powers.

People would always think of this as a stupid belief but she does it anyway. She doesn't know why and what the reason is for her to believe that shania is a good witch but somethings are just the way they are with no reason.

"Yeah, yeah... hey, Cabir hasn't yet met your caretaker, right?" Manik asked as his lips curved a little.

Nandini nodded at him and went towards the gate as if shania is here but nobody has yet rang the doorbell.

Nandini opened the door and saw Shania smiling at her as if she knew Nandini will open the door.

Shania smiled at Nandini and kissed her forehead, touched her head while holding the cross in her hand.

She closed her eyes and prayed for Nandini and entered as she finished praying.

Manik came from behind and smiled at Shania who smiled and nodded as he wished her.

She looked around the place and said "be careful with the flowers."

Manik looked around to check who she is telling it to when he noticed a crooked flower and went to correct it but as soon as he touched the flower, a thorn cut his finger.
A cut with blood flowing out formed on his finger and Nandini who noticed him standing called for him.

Manik felt weird and looked at Shania to see her smile at him but chuckled at his thoughts.
Nobody can see future and this was just a coincidence.

Manik smiled at Nandini and sat beside her as she told him about how she used to be super clumsy but everytime Shania saved her.

"Manik, you know, Shania, was our guardian and magician. She always completed each line of our wishes." Nandini spoke sweetly as she remembered the time when she used to wish for something and the next day Shania would bring it in front of her.

Childhood memories were always beautiful.
"Shania, Sana Mother will attend my wedding, right?" Nandini asked hopefully as she looked at Shania.

Shania smiled at Nandini and nodded. "She will come. She promised me."

Shania smiled a little more as she said "Forget the past and move on in life. Tell this to your half brother."

She bade bye and Manik and Nandini saw her out.

Manik stopped at the gate as he looked at Nandini and asked "did you told her about Cabir?"

Nandini looked at Manik in surprise and said "No, whenever I spoke to them, I never spoke about Bhai. Maybe, I said his name unintentionally."

Manik nodded thoughtfully and wondered what forgetting past means.

What Shania meant when she said that.
He unknowingly believed that something will happen.
