The next day

Regular POV

Izaya walked into the bathroom at 7 in the morning, weighing hinself and looking at himself through the mirror.

" mmm.... I could still lose a few pounds or so..."

Till suddenly Izaya heard a bang on the door.

' must be Shizu-chan' he thought while opening the door.

" hello flea. Ready?" He asked.

" i told you shizu-chan! I. Am. Not. Going." Izaya said while adding a little irritation to his voice.

Shizuo just smiled at this through his glasses.

Then suddenly... " i thought you would say that." And shizuo pounced on the informant.

Eyes wide, Izaya ran around the apartment playing cat and mouse till Shizuo caught him by the foot, having the flea fall down face first, knocking him barely conscious.

Shizuo pulled him up, princess style and carried him out.

" you... can't... take me" Izaya breathed, still seeing stars.

" yeah, yeah I'm suprised you still have that much energy though... did you eat soemthing?"

" ha. You wish... i added sugar to my coffee this morning." Izaya laughed, proudly.

Time skip to Shinra's

Izaya sat on the metal bed, and shizuo sat on a comfy chair, resembling what happened 2 days prior.

" ok! I'm glad you made it Izaya!!" Shinra clapped his hands with a smile.

Izaya was quiet and Shizuo just nodded his head, urging Shinra to do whatever he was gonna do.

" well then.... i finally was able to get some paperwork so we can do a mental health exam!! And to make sure you're truthful..."

Shinra paused.

Then, suddenly a dark figure plunged a needle into Izaya's neck, eye's wide the informant went to move but couldn't till the needle was out.

" thank you Celty!"

She only nodded and typed " good luck" and left.

" shizuo, please leave the room till were done." Shizuo only nodded and left, leaving the raging information broker and the underground doctor.

" so Izaya. Shizuo told me this has been going on since high school is that true?"

" yea..." Izaya turned away.

" how?"

" i dunno. It just kinda happened. I felt disgusting with my own body."

" hmm.... i see. So is it safe to say you may have an eating disorder?"

" like i care you shitty doctor." Izaya spat.

Shinra only nodded and carried on.

" how's your sleep habits?"

" 4 hours a night maybe?" Izaya responded, thinking.

Shinra nodded and moved on...

After about two hours of questions and answers they were finally done.

Shinra left the room as Izaya slept, a side effect from the truth serum.

" so? Anything new?"

Shizuo asked, standing up from a chair.

" yes. I found some things quite interesting." Shinra smiled.

" i will tell you the results."

Shizuo only nodded for shinra to continue.

" well his mental state isn't very good. We have traces of depression, ansomnia, anxiety, personality disorder, trauma, and...."

" spit it out. What could be worse then those!?"

" its acually not a BAD trait. Just an.. well unexpected one."

" hmm? And what will that be?" Shizuo urged.

" Izaya's gay." Shinra bluntly put it.

There was silence...

" most of these traits are result to socialpaths and psycopaths. Which i have no doubt he is. Now may I go onto physical?"

Shizuo was just to shocked. The damn flea.... is GAY?!

Shizuo gulped... then nodded.

" well there's cutting, abuse scars and of course eating disorder." Shinra finished.

Shizuo only nodded.

" another side affect is that Izaya won't remember what happened during our mental health test so don't ask him about it." Shinra smiled.

Two hours later...

Shizuo made dinner, and of course Izaya didn't eat but graciously sat there sipping his coffee.

" so... we found some interesting stuff." Shizuo commented.

" hmm? I don't really remember what happened probably another damn side affect to the truth serum." Izaya grumbled loudly.

" well aside from all the bad stuff Shinra said that there was one interesting part..." shizuo chuckled slightly.

" yeah? Like what?" Izaya sarcastically asked.

" well..."

Ooh!! A cliff hanger!! Now that Shizuo knows Izaya's gay how will he tell him and how will Izaya react??
