Chapter 2

I woke up feeling a bit dizzy but i soon passed. I instantly saw my light blue ceiling with clouds on it so i knew i was back at the care home. "your up!" i heard Ross say cheerfully and i nodded not sure if i could talk,

"if I'm not dead!" i said and he laughed lightly. I looked at him and he was in his school clothes, grey skinny jeans, white shirt and tie and a red hoodie. "how long was i out?" i asked and he frowned "two days!" eh said and i nodded, I'm normally out that long,

"what happened after i went?" i asked and he sat on the edge of the bed and crossed his legs over each other "well you just keeled over and totally space out i mean you looked like a fish on the boat once its out of the water, i totally went ape shit with worry and i was crying an everything,

Miss Birmingham looked a bit shocked and helped me while Mrs Colins got the nurse who said that you had epilepsy an that. Once your fit was over you just looked like you were dead. The nurse asked you if you could hear her and she got no answer so you were taken home!" he said and i nodded,

I sat up and i felt so weak, i slumped back down with a huff "how long you been here?" i asked and he smiled "since you got back i didnt leave, Gina and Tommy said it was fine as long as it was cool with my brother!" he lives with his brother who is a law student, he's really awesome!

There was a knock on my door and Gina showed her face. Gina was cool but i pranked her a hell of alot along with Tommy. "how you feeling?" she asked sitting on the chair beside my bed "like crap!" i said and she nodded,

"want anything to eat? how about some toast?" she asked and i nodded "with jam!" i said and she smiled "alright then pet, Ross what about you?" she asked and he nodded "yeah thanks!" he said, with a smile she left and came back with two plates of toast and jam,

"thanks Gina!" i said, she nodded and left. "i suppose your going to school tomorrow?" he asked and i nodded "as much as i want to just lay in bed all day i cant and its shit!" i said and he nodded "i feel ya!" he said as he bit into his toast.

My alarm went of and i groaned "switch it off!" i heard Ross groan, he had stayed over last night. "no you!" i said as the beeping got louder "ugh stupid,lazy fucking bitch!" he mumbled as he slammed it off "thank you!" i said with a smile and lay back down,

My phone alarm went of and we both groaned "seriously?" he asked and i nodded "so i don't fall back asleep!" i said as i switched it of "come on then!" he said and got up with a stretch. I got up and went to the shower,

Once i was done i let Ross in and i got dressed in my usual school uniform, it doesnt really change throughout the year if im honest. I kept my hair down again and i made sure my black nerd glasses with transition lenses were in my bag as i'll get a headache today i just know it.

Ross came back in and i left so he could change. I went downstairs and Harry came running up to me, he was five and just adorable "hey buddy!" i said and picked him up "Jo, you okay?" he asked a she kissed my cheek "yeah im fine buddy, how was school?" i asked as he sat on my knee at the table,

"fun, are you feeling better?" he asked as he took some cereal, i nodded "yeah im fine mister!" i said as Ross came down and took a seat next to me. We ate our breakfast and me and Ross left for school,

As soon as i got there Mr.Hutler wanted to speak to me in his class, he was my art teacher and we got on pretty well. I walked in  his class and he smiled instantly when he saw me "ah Jo have you got your sketch pad with you?" he asked and i nodded,

"never leave without it why?" i asked and he smiled widely "walk with me!" he said as we left his class and made our way round the school "alright now as every year with the new teahcers we get a senior art student to draw a group pictire of them so im wanting you to do it this year!" he said as we reached the staff room,
