Michael manages to wander back into Taco Bell to see his favorite miserable blond.
"Hi, Michael." He greeted, with actually joy- slight joy but joy- into his his voice instead of his monotone one.
"Hi! Can I get a bean burrito please and a baja blast thing? Thank you!" The lilac boy ordered sweetly, Luke nodded and tapped in the orders.

"You know you don't have to say please and thank you? I get paid to do this." Luke chuckles softly, scanning over Michael's order and telling him the total.
Michael handed Luke a crumpled 10 and a handful of ones and dimes.
"Ahhh crumpled bills, my fav." He joked, putting the money into the cash register and grabbing uncrumbled money and a couple quarters. Michael tried to keep his hand still but sadly quarters dropped and rolled everywhere, making a loud mess and freaking him out.

"Oh gosh! I'm so sorry!" The lilac boy panicked, picking up everything and trying to hand it back steadily to Luke without causing more of a mess than he did.

"Listen don't worry about it." He smiles softly, grabbing the money gently from Michael's hands, "Honestly Michael. It's not a big deal." Luke grabbed the rest of the change and put it in the register.

"You know, Just because I don't have to doesn't mean I shouldn't." Michael smiled sweetly. His grin was so sweet, not shit-eating at least but always have a little twist to it. As if he was planning something. Nothing ever happened but he was so mischievous, like a cat.

Another thing Luke picked up. This boy could be so sweet your dental bill will rise just being around him- a piece of candy that the ones with a sweet-tooth for one like him can't seem to get enough of.
Luke hated sweets but the lilac boy was the only exception.

Michael gave Luke this warm feeling and it's such a weird feeling because Luke has never felt this way before. He was an artist sure, but he was colorblind outside of the paper. Everything was the black and white, he never thought of the shades of grey in between.

Then this lilac boy kicked through titanium walls like it was sand, strolling through with pure joy and happiness but a trail of color followed him along and grasped Luke.
He was trapped in Michael's color grasp- but it wasn't suffocating him- oh no. Luke body was filled with warmth and this level of joy. The shades of black and white slowly sunk from him and every thing lilac and lavender filled Luke's heart with joy.

To the joy of us all, Michael had the same thoughts about the ocean eyes that Luke held. He always looks down- always at the art. But, when Michael catches his eye- his heart flutters a million and one times as the shade of blue entrances him even more.
He feels like a high-school girl who's dreaming over the guy she's so close to, yet, he's making movements even if his mind is telling him to stop.
His heart races every time he talks to him, he's always nervous but his hands make the situation weirder because he's never that nervous.

When Michael looks at the blue sky, or the ocean- he thinks of Luke. The cool colors washing throughout his body and sending chills up his spine! The feeling of relief, calmness falls over him as he thinks about just Lukes beauty.

Michael isn't an artist with fools, but he likes making art with his words. He can write poems just about Lukes eyes, even if Michael tried to paint him he could never get a blue that beautiful.
It would be the next Mona Lisa!
Something admired by millions, they pay so much just to see it.

Michael's thoughts were interrupted by Luke snapping his fingers.
"Your food is ready, love." He said softly, handing Michael the bag of a greasy mess.

"Thank you, Luke! I'll see you tomorrow babes!" Michael said with such joy, the kid grabbed his bag tightly and started to head for the exits.

Both hearts were beating fast as light. Is it healthy? Probably not, good thing it's just an expression.

Lukes co-worker Calum picked fun at Luke's pink cheeks and Luke poked fun at Calum too for something irrelevant as Michael was squealing like a girl in the car.
Michael was so happy that he interacted with Luke and Luke called him love. His favorite nickname honestly.

The thought about tomorrow is making their stomachs churn in excitement about whats bound to happen.
