Honk Honk!

It was six thirty on a Monday morning. Who was at my house? I figured it might of been one of Josh's friends or Jackson. I opened the window to see an unfamiliar gray Ford- Fiesta Hatchback.

I brushed my teeth and threw on my clothes as quickly as I could.

Honk!

On my way out I practically shoved a donut into my mouth and chugged a half cup of Sunny D. When I walked out, I decided to go to the driver's window to find out who this mystery person was. He rolled down his window when he seen me coming.

"Cole?"

"Hey." He smiled. "Get in."

"Uh, okay.." I shrugged and walked around to the passenger side.

"We're ditching today."

"Huh?" I asked, dropping my jaw.

"Yep." He shrugged. "You don't mind, right?"

"Mind?!" I said slapping my hand on the dash. "No, I don't mind."

"Good!" He gave a half smile.

"Sarcasm." I rolled my eyes.

"Oh come on!" He gave me those 'puppy dog' eyes. "please?"

"Can I at least bring someone?" I crossed my arms.

"It's supposed to be only me and you." He shook his head. "I have something to talk to you about."

"But.. but.."

"Plus we have to meet Alx and AJ." He said turning on a different road.

"Fine." I huffed.

"Nice outfit." He smirked.

I looked down and realized I grabbed my brothers clothes. Sweatpants and a dumb shirt that said I SEE DUMB PEOPLE.

"Ugh!" I said, leaning back the seat.

"We're here!" Cole laughed as he parked.

"Great." I looked around. "Where are we?"

"I know we're parked in the middle of nowhere, but not for long. We have to park here, and walk the rest of the way."

"That's dumb." I rolled my eyes. "In these clothes?"

"Hold on." Cole said reaching in the back of the car. He grabbed a mint green hoodie and threw it at me playfully.

"Gee, thanks." I gave a half smile while putting it on. It smelt like him, and I enjoyed it.

"You okay?" He smirked as he noticed my expression.

"Uh, yea." I said, looking out the window.

"Well here." He reached over and pulled my hair out of the hood. "You kind of looked like a.."

"Dude, I know." I returned to looking at the tall grass and trees around me.

"But, I know you're not."

"Could be.." I said without looking at him so he wouldn't see my smile.

"What?" He about screamed.

"You heard me." I faced him and smiled a creepy smile.

"Oh sh-" he opened the car door and jumped out quickly as he could.

"Dude!" I laughed. " I was kidding!"

"I know." He shrugged. "Kind of. Get out of the carrrrr!"

"No." I shook my head.

"Please?" He asked politely as he could.
