All Y/n could see was darkness until she suddenly heard faint cries . She walked to the sound and found Lena crying . "Lena?" Y/n called . Y/n's eyes shot open and she saw Lena leaving . "LENA!" she tried to get her attention but she ignored her . "Y/n ? Your awake!" Angela comes in and gives you a hug . "I wouldn't be if it wasn't for you but do you think I can go ? Lena left earlier." Y/n asked . "Go ahead , I saw her leave too." Angela smiles .
Y/n thanks her and heads to her room to change her clothes . All the agents were more than happy to see her and asked her how she was feeling . Sadly , she had to cut the conversation shirt and told them she had to catch up with Lena . They understood completely and let her go . Y/n got in her room and changed her clothes after a quick rinse and went to go find Lena in the city .
She was searching everywhere for her but there was no sign of the Brit . She was about to leave and give when she saw a familiar glow and went to it . It was Lena . Y/n smiled and entered the coffee shop she was in . She was about to greet her when she saw her talking to some red-head . Before Y/n interfered , she decided to eavesdrop on their conversation . "Emily?" Lena says clearly confused . "Hey ? How long has it been?" Emily gives the Brit a hug . They know each other ? Y/n thought . They hugged a lot longer then expected and Y/n felt her jealousy build up .
They pulled away and stood their awkwardly . Weird Y/n thought . "Uh , Lena do you think I can talk to you?" Emily asks her . Lena nods and gestures her to sit down . Who is she to Lena ? Y/n wondered . "Lena , look I'm so sorry . I've been really down ever since you left and I've changed I swear . Please , just give me one more chance." Emily begs . Lena looked shocked . They were in a relationship ?! Y/n screamed internally . Why did she not tell me ? Y/n said internally .
"I-I can't . I s-should really get going." Lena stood up and tries to leave and Y/n saw this as her oppurtunity to greet her but she stopped when Emily stopped her . "Emily , I can-" Lena was cut off by Emily smashing her lips on hers . Y/n felt her heart crack . She clutched her heart in her hand and let out sniffle . Its okay she's not returning it . Its all just a misunderstanding Y/n tried to convince herself .
But in that moment , she witnessed Lena return the kiss . It only made Y/n break more . There was no doubting it , she wasn't drunk , she was sober , she wasn't tricked , she knew it wasn't Y/n , she wasn't Y/n's anymore . Y/n stood there , her heart breaking the longer she watched . The kiss only deepened and Y/n felt her tears fall . They finally pulled away and smiled . "How about a date tomorrow?" Emily asks . Y/n was certain Lena would decline but she was wrong . So wrong .
"Sure love." Lena said . She went up and pecked Emily's lips again . Y/n couldn't handle the pain in her chest . She stormed out of the coffee shop and went to a dark alleyway . Y/n slid down the wall and felt her tears in her eyes . She crouched down and started crying uncontrolably . The scene she saw a few moments ago kept on replaying in Yn's head and she couldn't get rid of it .
She stood up , feeling her body spark with anger . She punched the wall in front of her continiously , her knuckles bleeding . She didn't care though . For no pain could distract her from the pain in her heart . Y/n climbed up onto the roof . She sat by the ledge , wondering why she hasn't even commited suicide . She started into the dark sky , tears falling freely down her cheeks . "Everytime." Y/n mumbles .
She finds a weakness , she tried to keep it safe , it backfires like it always does and hurts her then the cycle repeats . Time and time again , she would find a weakness , her parents , gone , her uncle , gone , Lena , gone . Y/n was sure that Lena was different . That they would stay together , but it never happened . No matter what , the people around her find it satisfying to see Y/n suffer . This was her punishment for believing . Doomfist was right , I am pathetic Y/n thought .
She felt her titanium walls build themselves up around her heart . She has tried changing for everyone , for the better but it seems only Y/n would get hurt in the end . This was her sorrow she knew all to well . But this was more painful . Maybe it was the fact that Y/n actually thought it would work out , or maybe that she thought they were perfect for each other .
Y/n screamed screamed in frustration , gripping her hair . She cried , she screamed , she symphathized , she tried . Tried to forget . She tried to remember all the good times they had . But it was always replaced of the image of Lena with that Emily girl . "Whats wrong chica?" a voice said behind her . Y/n turned around and saw Sombra . The noirette didn't think twice but to hug the girl . "Hey , hey , hey . Tell me whats wrong . I've never seen you so sad." Sombra asks , clearly worried .
"Lena , she cheated on me . She was aware , sober but didn't c-care." Y/n's voice cracked at the end . Sombra pulled the girl into her embrace and comforted her . "Doomfist was right I am pathetic . I let myself have another weakness and like it always does , it kills me." Y/n sobs . "I'm sorry." Y/n apologized . "Hey its alright amiga . She never deserved you anyway . A friend help theirs right?" Sombra smiles . Y/n and Sombra weren't aquaintances like most , they were actual friends . Both rebels and powerful fighters so they clicked when they met .
"She was a liar , Sombra." Y/n mumbles . "A liar."
It hurts I know , I'm sorry but if you want revenge , I have a lot planned . Trust me . See ya !!
