I did the first thing that came to my mind, I pushed him away. Maybe I pushed just a bit too hard 'cause he almost fell of the hood of his car but luckily he didn't.

"I'm sorry.. I can't" I was feeling guilty.

"No, don't worry its my fault. I stepped over the line, I shouldn't have. Let's just pretend tonight never happened okay?" he started rambling.

"Can you take me home now? Prom must have ended by now." I can't lie his last sentence hurts, a lot.

"Yea, come on." he jumped off his car hood and opened his car door, he didn't even offered me his hand. Wait, that shouldn't matter to you Kyla, you pushed him away.

"Thank you for tonight Cam, it was nice to open up to someone else other than my brother&best friend." I offered him a smile as I faced him before I exited his car.

"Yea. I told you please forget about tonight." he kept his eyes on the road even though the car was put to a stop minutes ago.

"Well, thanks anyways. See you." I tried to hide the disappointed sound on my voice.

"Yea." he quickly drove off the second I closed the car door leaving me in the dust.

"KYLA! OMG! WHERE THE HELL HAVE YOU BEEN?! ARE YOU OKAY?!" I was smothered by Lacey the moment I walked in the front door.

"KYLA! WHERE WERE YOU?!!" my brother joined in.

"I was with Cameron."

"Oh, well, where is he now?" Kaden tried to look behind my shoulder.

"He went home, I could say he was mad at me." I shrugged as I felt the tears about to fall off from the brim of my eyes.

"What did you do to him Kyles?" Lacey was laughing, she probably haven't seen the tears. "Hey, what's wrong?"

"Nothing."

"HAHAHA. You're really funny lil' sis. Now tell us what happened." Kaden fake laughed then made me sat down on my bed.

"He.. He.. He told me he fell for me.. And.. And then.. He.. He tried to kiss me.." I stuttered.

"Lacey baby.. You owe me 20 bucks come on babe pay up." Kaden smirked towards his girlfriend.

"Dammit. Kyla! Can't you tell him first!"

"Whaaat??" I looked around confused.

"We had a bet on who will crumble down first and say those 3 words. I betted on Cam and Lacey here betted on you. And looks like I win." Kaden was busy putting in his new $20 on his wallet.

"Well, Lace. You were going to lose anyways 'cause I have no feelings whatsoever towards him." there was a moment of silence before those two laughed out loud.

"YOU CAN'T BE SERIOUS?!" Lacey was still busy laughing. "With the way you stare at him even a blind man could tell let alone us! Your brother and best friend. Kyles you are down right hilarious."

"First. That is not possible 'cause a blind man couldn't see and second I DO NOT LIKE CAMERON BROOKS!" oops, I guess that came out too loud, lucky for me my dad was out of town and my mom was at a friends but I did wake my little sister up.

"Kyla, why ale you shouting?" Kasey yawned while rubbing the sleep out of her eyes.

"Your big sister here has a crush Kasey oh no no not crush more like love interest." Lacey teased while pulling Kasey up to her lap.

"Is it that Camelon guy who likes to come hele to play with Kady?" Kasey's eyes glimmered.

"Well it's Cameron, but yes" laughed Lacey totally having fun in poisoning MY little sister's mind.

"YAYYY! I knew it all along!!! It's so cute how Kylie looks at him." Kasey was shrieking by now, I did say she was becoming more like Lacey everyday.

"See Kyles, even a 5yo could see it" my 'brother' joyfully smirked.

"You guys are insufferable." I huffed and stomped my heels to the bathroom to clean up leaving behind a trail of laughs coming from my little sister and "You know it's true"s from the two people I used to call brother and best friend, now I see them as the devil themselves urgh.

"Cominggg" I yelled as I ran down the stairs.

"Hey...." Cameron's voice sounded disappointed when he saw me.

"Hey Cam." I gave him a polite smile.

"Is your brother in? We were supposed to be playing football right about now." he said as he took a little peak at his watch.

"KADEEE!!! CAMERON'S HERE!!" I screamed into the house. "Come on in I guess."

"Yea thanks." he slipped through the door trying his best not to touch me. Ouch, that hurt.
