I think there's something wrong with me, instead of using the shortcut that I have always used, I am walking the longer way.
And the reason is...
To just get a glimpse of Yume.
We are in different years, me older by 2 years. She's in the same class as my 2 buddies, HoSeok and NamJoon.
I watch as she exit her classroom, head hanging low. I walked over and tapped her on her shoulder, beaming brightly when she looked up.
"Sorry for yesterday... I am Kim SeokJin, let's be friends!"I chirped happily, smiling even wider when I see confusion evident on her face.
"Hmm... did you say friends?"she spoke so softly, sadness in her eyes. "Why would you want to be my friend?"
"You seem special..."I whispered under my breathe, with my sincerity.
She widened her eyes again... cute... She flushed red as she blinked her eyes frantically.
"Please be my friend."I stated sincerely, bowing down and holding my hand out for a handshake.
I heard footsteps running down the hall and when I look up, Yume was already gone. I turned and saw her turning down the corner, the blush still oblivious on her face.
She left me for the second time....
