"Yume-ssi....."I dragged my words as I followed Yume like a lost puppy. She looked so annoyed and done with my sh*t but I can't help but continue to bother her.
"Yes?"she asked, venom lacing her words. "Nothing!"I chirped. "Gosh... why are you so annoying?!"She stomped her feet and pouted. Why is she being so cute?
"I won't stop until you become my friend!"I whined, trying my best at my aegyo.
"Can you stop being such a whiny child?"she crossed her arms, looking at me grumpily.
"I can't help it when you're being a stubborn child by not being my friend!"I spat, imitating her pose.
"Ok.... I gave up,"she raised up both her hands and then soon held out one of her hands to me.
Confused, I looked at her with head to one side.
"We'll be friends from now on,"she grabbed my hand and shook it with a firm grip.
I look at her with wide eyes, with excitement and happiness that can't be explained.
That day, marks the start of our friendship.
