Chapter 22

Juvia's POV...

I'm currently staring at the ceiling and thinking about on what happened earlier. I can't sleep. I confessed to him and he feels the same way. I thought...he was just being nice and sweet to me because of the baby but I was wrong.

"You heard what your dad just told me earlier? He loves me too, baby..." I said and rubbed my belly.

"There's no doubt we'll have a happy family. We both love each other and ofcourse, we both love you as well. I can't wait to see you, baby." I said and smiled.

I hope this happiness I'm feeling would never end. I will never forget this day. The day I found my happiness and true love. A knock in the door disturbed me from my thoughts. I opened the door and there I saw the love of my life. Smiling at me.

"You're still up, huh. Can't sleep?" Gray asked.

I let him in first and closed the door before answering his question.

"Yep." I said.

I sat down on my bed and so does he. I looked at him and asked.

"What are you doing here, by the way?" I asked.

"Well, I was just checking on you and our baby. If both of you are doing fine." Gray said.

"Ofcourse we do. You're taking a good care of us so why not?" Juvia said and smiled.

"...oh and because I missed you already." Gray said.

I chuckled. We just talked earlier he missed me already.

"We just talked earlier, Gray-sama." I said.

"Well, I don't know. I just miss you, is that bad?" Gray asked.

"Ofcourse not. You're just being to sweet and nice." I might explode. I then looked away to hide my blush.

"'Cause a woman like you deserves it. Deserves to be loved. Loved by a man who could stand beside you and could grow old with you." Gray said.

"And that man is you, Gray-sama." I said.

I saw a little anger in his eyes but was replaced immidiately with joy. I must be hallucinating.

"I know..." Gray said and stood up.

I was about to stand up when Gray stopped me and smiled.

"Don't bother...I'll be going now. Goodnight and sweetdreams." Gray said and winked at me.

I blushed and covered it up with a smile.

"Goodnight and sweetdreams, Gray-sama." I said.

"I love you." Gray said.

I almost ran out of air when he said that. I was surprised and happy at the same time. I blushed harder and covered it up with a smile again.

"I love you too." I said.

Gray then smiled and went out of my room. I lay down on my bed with a smile on my face. I placed my hand on my chest, feeling my heart beat. It was beating so fast. I smiled.

Gray's POV...

I went in my room and locked the door. Damn this life.

'And that man is you, Gray-sama.'

I doubt that. I was never that man for you Juvia. You're a princess and I'm not your prince. I'm just a lone wolf in the woods, seeking for revenge and power. What you see is what you could believe...but your eyes can decieve you so becareful.
