Juvia's POV...

My hands are shaking. This is the day we've been waiting for so long. Our wedding...I was surprised at first when Gray told me that he moved the schedule of our wedding earlier than the planned date...

Flashback....

"Juvia, can I talk to you?" Gray asked.

I smiled brightly at him and nodded. He sat down on the bed, so do I.

"What are we going to talk about?" I asked.

"It's about our wedding date...I moved the date." Gray said.

"Huh? Why did you moved it? Then, when are we going to have our wedding?" I asked.

"At the end of the month." Gray said.

I gasped as my eyes widened. Why so sudden? I thought we will be having it 3 months away from now. What happened?

"Why?" I asked.

He smiled and scratched the back of his head.

"I can't wait any longer to have you as my wife..." He said and blushed slightly.

He's so cute! I giggled as I blush.

"Oh...okay. As you wish. Is that all?" I asked him.

"Yes, I just informed the changes to you so that you will have enough time to prepare." Gray said.

"Thanks for informing me about it." I said and smiled.

"Ofcourse, it's our wedding date." Gray said and chuckled.

End of Flashback...

"You're nervous." Erza said and chuckled.

"Of course I am! Who wouldn't?" I said.

"Juvia, just relax okay? This will be the best day of your life so you should be having fun." Lucy said and smiled.

"Lucy's right and aren't you happy? You're going to marry the man you love who loves you aswell." Levy said and smiled.

"Well, of course I am happy. I'm just nervous on what might happen during our wedding and besides, this is my first time getting married." I said.

"Stop overthinking things, Juvia. This will be the best day of your life and everything will be alright. Just trust in him." Mira said.

I sighed and nodded at them. When we were done preparing ourselves, we headed to the church.

I am now standing in front of me are this big church doors, just waiting to be opened. Today will be the beginning of the new chapter in my life. Starting today, I know I'll have the better version of me, with him. The church door finally opened and I started walking inside. A song was played as I walk down the aisle. I looked around and saw my friends, smiling at me, make me feel that they're proud of me. I smiled at them as a tear escaped my eye. I then looked at Gray's father, Silver. His mood was neutral. I can't see any emotion coming from him. Aren't he happy for his son? I brushed of the thought as I divert my gaze to the man I love. He was smiling at me, more like grinning. A tear escaped my eye again but not because I am sad, it was tears of joy. Too much joy.

"Today we'll witness these two, in front of us as they become one...but before we start, is there anyone who is not in favor with this wedding?" The priest asked.

"No one will, so just continue." Gray said.

I looked at him, surprised by his sudden rudeness. He ignored me that made me sigh. The priest continued with a sigh.

...

The ceremonial was surprisingly fast. I've never been in a wedding before but I've watched millions of wedding ceremonials before so I can see the difference. I looked at him once again. He was looking around the crowd while drinking his glass of wine, as if bothered by something, someone rather. I suddenly had the urge of holding his hand to know if he's okay. He looked at me.

"Are you okay?" I asked.

He smiled and caressed my cheeks.

"Of course I am, more than okay. Now that I finally have you." He said and kissed my hand.

I felt my cheeks was hot so I covered it up with a smile.

"I'm glad to know that." I said.

We were disturbed when we heard the sound of a spoon hitting a glass, soon followed by everyone.

"Kiss!" Someone requested from the crowd.

I immidiately blushed and was about to refuse when Gray held my chin and made me look at him again. He smiled as if telling me that it's alright. I was stunned for a moment until he closed the gap between us, sealing my lips with his lips. The crowd cheered in pure joy and amusement. My eyes were still wide open while his, are closed until he ended the kiss. He then winked at me as he looked back at the crowd. I was blushing the whole time and the butterflies in my stomach are celebrating.

Romantic music was played as couples almost filled the dancefloor but leaving a space in the middle. I was watching them dancing, a hand blocked the view. I looked at him curiously. He chuckled.

"Mrs. Fullbuster, can we dance?" He asked.

Oh, so he was asking me to dance with him. I blushed from the thought.

"So...?" He said, waiting for my response.

I immidiately held his hand and stood up. We went in the middle and we just stood there for awhile, looking at each other's eyes.

"You're so beautiful." He said without breaking an eye contact.

I blushed once again, the lump in my throat got in the way, leaving me speechless. He smiled as he wrapped his arms around my waist, pulling me closer to him. I gasped out of surprise and he just chuckled. God knows how much I love his smiles, his laughter, his giggles, his chuckle, everything about him. Now, I don't want to lose him. Whatever happens, I'll stay. We started moving, guided by the beat of the music. He was still looking at me, straight in the eyes when he spoke.

"Juvia...how much do you love me?" He suddenly asked.

I smiled at him.

"Much more than you ever think." I said confidently.

"Whatever happens, promise me you'll stay...Even if it feels like the whole world is against us...please stay by my side...don't ever leave me alone." He said.

I caressed his cheek and gave him a reassuring kiss.

"I promise." I said.

I rested my head on his chest, listening to his calm heartbeat. In his arms, I feel safe. I felt the comfort I was seeking for years. I finally felt the love I wanted to feel. He made me feel that everything's secured, including our relationship. Feels too good to be true...
