22. Ordinary me

Mark's POV

" is she alright ?" My elder brother asked while I picked up Aera bride style and place her on my bed.
Aera fainted after finding out the truth.

Truth ....
That my brother is a crown prince

Truth ....
That I am a prince

Truth ....
That I have been running from .

Truth ....
That has no importance in my life .

Yes I am a prince

My mom was the only daughter of sovereign king the second.
My mom married a lord of our court .
My father whose family was working for our kingdom from generations.
My father became the crown prince after marrying my mom who was next in line to become the queen.
But
Before my mom and dad could become king and queen , they both died in a plane crash .

Right now my grandmother is the queen of sovereigns

My brother Miller is the crown prince .
He will become the king .

While I don't stand a chance to be the king .

I am glad that I am not bound to become the future king . That responsibility is on my brother's shoulder .

I can live a normal life .
It's a rule in our kingdom that only crown prince can live in the palace.
Second or next on thrown has no right to live inside the palace or involve in kingdom matters . I do get some share in property but very less.
I am least interested in this royal life. I have lived away from my family since I turned 15. I have studied in a boarding school. And then took admission in this college where I met Aera.

I did part time jobs to earn money on my own. Now I have started my own storage business. It's not that big . I have bought a Store house or warehouse . I use it's top floor for personal use. That's where we are right now.
My secret hide out , my work place and my home.

" she didn't take it well" my brother said sitting on my study chair

" that's why I didn't want to tell her " I said in frustration .

" but you said that you are very serious about her" brother Miller said raising his eyebrows

" I am very much serious about her, lord brother. And you also know why I don't want to tell her this . It is unnecessary to tell her this all" I said standing up looking at brother

" unnecessary? It's unnecessary to tell that girl who you are ?" Lord brother said

" what am I ? Huh ? What ? I am just Mark. An ordinary guy . This is my ordinary business. I love My ordinary life and finally I found An ordinary girl who likes me for who I am , not for this royal name . Lord brother , finally I found someone who I want to be with and I don't want to loose her at any cost . Not for this royal tag . I don't want to be attached with any royal stuff . I want to stay away from this royal life . I like it here more then in sovereigns. Now you have told her the truth and god knows how she will react" I shouted looking at Aera who was lying peacefully on my bed . I should call the doctor first .

I searched for my phone to dial doctors number .
" you are worried that she will change now that she knows who you really are?" Brother Miller asked
