My biggest enemy
I have been running away from books my entire life.
But today I did not .
I chose not to.
Why?
Because I got a job
In a book store
The worst job of my life .
But can't complain
It took me over 2 weeks to get a decent job close to my apartment .
And my shifts are also matching my free time.
Plus it pays me good!
One thing I love about this place is that not much people come here, maybe due to online trends . So I am free most of my time here. During my shift , hardly4 or 5 customers come.
Today is a little more free day with only one customer that came an hour ago.
But I am still super tired .
It's all my coaches fault .
Our volleyball tournament is coming next month. So our training has increased.
Every day I run early morning to warm up , then we practice, run , practice.
Then I go back to my apartment and get ready for my classes .
After completing my classes in college, I go to work , in this store.
" uhum !" Some one cleared there throat .
" hi can I help you " I asked the girl and the guy who appeared suddenly.
" ya we are looking for some books related to marketing " girl said
" this way" I showed her the way . And the guy followed behind
I came back to the counter and started feeding bar codes on PC of new books.
" hey you go to our college" that guy suddenly came and started talking to me.
I smiled at him wondering which college he is asking about .
" you are in volleyball team right?" He asked
" how do you know?" I asked
" I play basketball . I have seen you girls play . Volleyball court is right next to ours." He said smiling
" oh I never noticed you before " I said
" ouch ! That hurts " he said in a girly voice
" huh ! Where?" I asked worried
" I'm kidding , you see .. I am quite known in our college . " he said
" okey?" I said
" I am the captain " he said
" cool " I said and got back to my work
" I didn't get your name " he said .
Is he stupid ?! I am wearing name tag .
I pointed my finger towards it
