that part with the hales

October 15, 2012"I swear, it was right here! The deer, the body.. I dropped my inhaler right here!" A teenage boy yelled irritatedly as he searched the dirt floor.
His best friend sighed, shrugging in response. "Maybe the killer moved the body?"
"If he did, I hope he left my inhaler.. Those things are like, 80 bucks!"
As the boy continued searching, his best friend caught sight of two attractive, glaring humans watching them, and hit the boy a couple times to get his attention.
"What are you doing here, huh?" The man grunted, dark brows furrowed while the smaller girl held an animosity about her that chilled the two teens to their core.
"This is private property."
Her voice was like music to the boys' ears, also cut right through them like a knife.
She was so harsh and cold.
Her blue eyes bored into the tall, lanky boy's whiskey eyes as he stuttered out, "Uh, s-sorry.. We didn't know. We were just, uh, looking for something-"
His friend cut him off quickly, shaking his head, "But forget it."
As they stared at the two mysteriously-brooding siblings; the petite brunette girl pulled something out of her pocket while looking the new beta over.
As a small plastic inhaler suddenly flew through the air, the boy caught it swiftly, looking down in shock.
When he looked up to thank her, the two were already gone, his best friend gasping as he began to explain.
"Dude! Don't you know who they were?"
"No.."
Stiles stared at him wide eyed, "That was Derek and Sommer Hale! They're only a couple years older than us! Don't you remember?
Scott gave him a confused face, barely remembering the brunette girl. "Remember what?"
"Their family! They all died in that house fire, like ten years ago!"
Instantly feeling sorry for them, Scott pulled Stiles away.
"Huh. Wonder what they're doing back.."
Sommer roller her eyes, a sinking feeling feeling in her stomach as she walked back to the burnt remains of her home, remembering the family she'd lost six years ago.
Derek gave her a concerned look, wrapping an arm around her shoulders to pull her closer.
"I know, Rae. I know."
