After Sommer left the school, she found herself in front of Peter with confused eyes.

He seemed differed, but she couldn't put her finger on it, so she finally sat down and began explaining to her uncle what was going on.

"Peter.." she mumbled, hoping to see his eyes move toward her.

But they didn't.

She just slumped and continued.

"The-There's something wrong with me." Her voice shook as she played with her fingers.

She couldn't come to terms with the fact that soon enough, all of her supernatural abilities would vanish.

She still didn't know why.

As she looked down in her lap, she didn't notice the twitch of her uncle's fingers, or the slight widening of his eyes before everything went back to normal.

"I'm losing everything, Peter.. My hearing, my scent, my strength... Everything's vanishing before my eyes, and we can't do anything about it."

Peter saw the tears pouring from her eyes by now, his cold heart clenching at the sound of her cracking voice as she cried her eyes out in front of her comatose uncle.

She couldn't stop herself.

For the first time in 19 years, she was terrified.

She couldn't handle this alone.
This was a new life for her.

"I got a concussion, Peter! I was in the fucking hospital because Kate's hunter threw me into the wall! I stayed overnight in the hospital with pain meds being pumped into me!" Her tears turned angry as she stood to quickly, head spinning while she cringed. "I-I'm scared, Peter.. And I don't know how to be scared."

And with her words; all Peter Hale felt was vengeance.

Meanwhile, at BHHS, Coach Finstock was ranting to his team in the locker room. "All right geniuses, listen up."

Everyone's heads snapped to look up at him, seeing him annoyed and strung out as usual.
