Scott and Stiles sat in their chemistry class barely listening to Mr. Harris as he droned on and on about ions.

Scott has explained last night to Stiles, and Stiles' first question was, "Why wasn't she healing?"

Scott shrugged, "I don't know. But Derek seemed worried about her."

Stiles frowned. "Huh. Weird."

He couldn't see Derek being worried about anything, let alone another person.

Scott shook his head. "No, not really. She is his sister."

Stiles shrugged and began with the task at hand. "Okay, so if Derek isn't the alpha and he's not the one that bit you, then who is?"

Scott replied cluelessly. "I don't know."

Stiles sighed in irritation, resisting the urge to roll his eyes. "Did the alpha kill the bus driver?"

"I don't know." Scott repeated.

Stiles continued, not noticing his best friends irritation. "Does Allison's dad know about the alp-"

"I don't know!" Scott all but yelled in the middle of class, everyone pausing to eye him curiously.

He blushed and looked down before everyone got their tests back, Stiles smiling at his grade.
A+.

Scott looked at his and cringed, Stiles noticing and snorting.
D-.

"Dude." Stiles commented, "You need to study more." Scott turned over his test quickly and groaned, Stiles laying his paper back on the desk. "Okay, that was a joke. Scott, it's one test, you're gonna make it up. Do you want help studying?"

Scott shook his head tiredly, "No. I'm studying with Allison after school today."

Stiles' face lit up, patting his back again as he commented, "That's my boy!"
