I love Crystals they help heal a Certain Part of A Person and you can Renew Their Life once every month which is the difficult Part but it's not so bad

3. Soft Music.
Sitting in A Room With Nothing In It With a Window Open And Soft Songs Playing while your sitting or laying in the middle of the floor Can Be Relaxing and helpful if you need a time To Clear Your Mind

4. Meditation
Meditation Is Also Another Good Way To Clear Your Mind meditation does not consist of sitting Criss Cross and Making Symbols With Your Hands But you could Sit in the middle of a quiet Area,it could be your Bedroom Anywhere Technically With Lights Off Or With Regular Light off But with what I Like to call a Setting Light On or if you candles Light Them then go and sit in the middle of The Quiet Area
