Chapter 24

Ashley's POV

"What! How come you never told me this? You said you could tell anything to me the first time we met!" He yells at me.

"Luke, babe, please lower your voice Ashton's funeral is going on." Morgan says grabbing him by the shoulders.

"No! I won't, Ashley betrayed me!" He yells again.

Calum walks out to see if we're okay.

"What's going on? Everyone is worried." Calum says.

"Nothing, go back in and tell them everything is alright." I say.

"Ashley what's going on?" He repeats.

"Oh looks like our 'friend' betrayed us. She's hiding many secrets from her friends." He says.

Morgan takes my side.

"What? The only secrets she didn't tell you was her life story and that she cut. It took me a very long time to tell. I told 1 year after we were married. And you didn't freak out." She says.

Calum heard.

"Ashley, do you really do that to yourself?" Calum asks. I close my eyes and sigh.

"Yes, I do." I simply say looking down.

"Anyway, the reason I'm freaking out is Ashley is like a sister to me! She promised me she would tell me everything. But she didn't."

"Luke I broke my promise to, I made vows saying I would tell you everything and I didn't. Mine was worse because I made a promise to God that I would tell you everything."

Luke is stupid at the moment. He doesn't realize how serious this is.

"But yours is different." He says.

"No it's not, you should treat Ashley how you treated me when I told you. Caring, and telling me you would stay by my side and I stopped. So really you're the one who is betraying people here."

I can't take this anymore.

I walk away. Calum runs up to me.

"Ashley where are you going?"

"Home, because it seems like I'm not welcome here. I had that feeling that something really bad was going to happen once I stepped on the parking lot." I turn around and start walking. My flat is right down the street. Just a few flats and houses down.

"A-Ashley, I-I'm very sorry." Luke says behind me.

Are you kidding me.

"Are you joking right now?" Now I'm pissed.

"No why would I be joking?" He says.

"Because it's very late for sorry. I'm sorry that I kept secrets from you. But this is just to much pressure on me right now. A bunch of crazy shit has happened in the last month and I don't know what to do or what to even say anymore. I'm losing my friends Luke, you may think that this is something so little but it's not. It really isn't."

I turn around. I'm sobbing and tears are streaming down my face.

"I know it's not something little. I just overreacted because I care so much about you. You, Emily, and Mackenzie are like my three big sisters that I can rely on. But since I did this I don't know if I can rely on you anymore. I'm sorry."

"Luke you can always rely on me, I just want to go home right now." I say.

And I walk away.

Hey guys! Authors Note! I'm just saying that none of these things mentioned in my story is true. The people like Anna, Donna, Morgan, Mackenzie, and Emily are real people that I'm friends with but they don't really talk or do anything that I mention in this story. They are my bestest friends and I couldn't ask for better ones. They are like my sisters. Except Donna is a boy named Dawson, but this thing happened in Science Class and now we kind of call him Donna, so I kind of turned his character into a girl but y'know whatever. I'm not updating anymore today because I have this formal dance at school tonight and I'm goin after dinner and everything and probably not getting home till 10 at night so yea.
