Chapter 34

Luke's POV

I pull out my phone and start texting Morgan.

-The hell am I in here for? I did nothing!-Luke

-Luke, you aren't on the list, they just are going to ask you about some people-Morgan

The officer walks in and takes my phone away reading my texts.

I have nothing to hide.

"Tell me Lucas, what is your thoughts on Ashley, Niall, Mackenzie, and Anna?" She says.

I cringe at the name Lucas, I hate it, I like Luke better.

"Ashley? I haven't really gotten to know her well, but she seems like a really nice person, I would be very surprised it would be her. Niall? He is one of my best friends, he wouldn't even pinch a person, he's got a mouth, but he would do nothing to anybody. Mackenzie? The truth is, I think she's a bad influence on Morgan. Morgan changed a bit, she changed a lot. Kenzie is a sneaky girl, but she's okay I guess. Anna, I don't really know her."

"It's someone here, but we don't know who." The officer asks.

"Don't ask me, I know nothing just like you. I'm just tagged along with this because of Morgan." 

 "No not all the way, you know Niall, and Ashley, and Kenzie, and everybody in that room. You are connected to them in some way, and so you were not just dragged into this by your wife," She says.

"Look I'm not doing this." 

"I didn't say you were or even asked for your opinion. So what makes you think I would accuse you." 

"Well first off you're treating me like shit. Second, you're treating me like shit and, Third you are treating me like shit." 

The officer squints her eyes at me,

"I can treat you anyway I want to, show me with some respect why don't you. I wasn't treating you like anything and now I may just do that Lucas."

We both stare at each other for a second,

"You have the right to remain silent, if you choose not to everything you say shall be used against you in court." She pulls out handcuffs and arrests me.

I walk out everyone looking at me,

"Luke what did you do?" Morgan and Ashley say at the same time.

"I don't know!" I yell before going into another room.
