He asked me to hangout.

I feel very uncomfortable. I don't know if I should actually hang out with him or not. This is like life or death decision.

Who knows what he would do to me.

Forget it.

"Actually- um,

He turns around. His eyes meet with mine, giving shivers down my arms and spine.

"Nevermind. I'll come with you. Where are we going?"

"Wherever you want to go."

I took a breath. "Let's go. There's this cool bridge we can hang out at."

He nods. I stopped and check the weather. He turns around.

"Coming Grande?"

"Yeah, I'm just checking something." I said, realizing it was going to be cold.

I was wearing a crop top spaghetti strap. It is against the school dress code, but they don't say anything when you break the dress code. So I just risk it with whatever I wear.

I got into his car, which I should say, smelled straight up like cigarettes. I tried not to gag. I looked out the window.

"I know, smells terrible. I clean it and wash it, nothing works." Justin chuckles.

"How do you have the time to wash your car and clean your car when you got out of jail like... almost a week ago?"

"I cleaned it yesterday."

"Oh."

"Is this the bridge you were talking about?" Justin asked as he pulls up into a driveway.

"Yeah." I said as I got out of the car the same time Justin did.

I silently took a breath.

"You can... go. I need to do something real quick." Justin says, getting something from his pocket.

I nodded and walked up.

That bitch better not have a knife or gun to kill me. I turned around as I walked up to the bridge.

Oh, he's smoking. He just lit his cigarette. He turns around and I quickly looked away.

I rested my elbows on the railing and enjoyed the view. I heard footsteps behind me. I feel goosebumps brush up against me.

"You look cold." Justin says, taking off his leather jacket and wrapping it around me.

"Thank you." I say nervously.

"You seem nervous."

"I'm not."

"You act awkward, and you act uncomfortable when you're nervous." He says, letting a smirk form.

"You can't blame me. I'm with someone who basically almost killed somebody."

"Well, it was self defense."

"Self defense for what? He did nothing to you! He's a poor little nerd who decided to go to his first party and he bumped into you on accident!" I yelled.

I have to be careful with what I say. He can hurt me.

"Can we just-

"He simply bumped into on accident and apologized! You had to punch him and attack him right after he apologized! You should be fucking ashamed of yourself." I said, avoiding eye contact.

"I'm fucking surprised that Ariana Grande cares about a nerd. You fucking hate nerds and you never liked them because you thought you stood higher than everyone else, even me, just because you got popular because of your sugar daddy."

"He's not my fucking sugar daddy. He's my biological dad."

"Yeah, and he spoils you with all his money. That's basically a sugar daddy. And, you only got popular because of your glow up! Remember fat Grande? Yeah, you lost weight, you went back to your natural hair color and put on more makeup to hide the fact that you're-

"Ugly? Thanks, Justin."

"I wasn't going to say you were ugly. I was going to say to hide the fact that you were naturally beautiful until you destroyed it all with more and more makeup to cover up all the natural beauty." Justin says.

"Justin, you're dangerous. I can't be near you."

"Whatever. Leave." Justin says, his jaw clenched.

I rolled my eyes and left. I walked home. It gave me chills.
