Hey, so this isn't incredibly relevant to the song because if you read before, Ed had never wanted to break up with her, so this doesn't have too much relation.

"Eddy, get up!" Emily snapped. Ed woke up, confused.
"What?" He asked, his voice groggy. He rubbed his hair. He saw the beautiful Emily, fully clothed and looked ready for something. "What's going on?" He asked as he sat up.
"Family reunion, Eddy! Wake up. I'll get you cold coffee and an English muffin. Get dressed, please." She said walking away, her hair bouncing behind her. He sighed and looked up.
"I should've known." He mumbled. He heard Emily making noises in the kitchen. "My cue." He said as he stood up. He put a duffer shirt and a jumper on, seeing bags under his eyes. They had barely slept, and it was early morning.
Ed heard Emily's phone ring. He saw her grab it and answer it, handing him a muffin. "Thanks." He whispered.
"Hi, mom, yeah... I-I know." She said. She walked back to the kitchen and handed Ed his coffee. "I get that... Sam is also six, she's got a brother who;s nine and a sister who's three, she can entertain herself with them. No! I am not bringing that fiddle! It was fourth grade and stuck with me forever?" Ed had a confused look on her face.
"You play the fiddle?" He whispered. She turned to him and scowled. She bent back over to pack the suitcase and continued talking.
"Look, mom, yes, Ed can sing. Obviously. But I am not bringing that fiddle all the way to Glastonbury when little children can do things for their own good!" Emily paused. "I am not, mother!" Ed felt like laughing.
"I give up. Let me put thus clearer; I am not bringing my fiddle, Sam doesn't even like Irish music, and it's only seven days! No thank you!" She said hanging up. Ed burst out laughing. "What?" She asked folding her arms.
"You and your mum's relationship, " he said with a grin. She rolled her eyes.
"Thanks." She said sarcastically.
She smiled and he hugged her. "You're my only one." He said mumbling into her ear.
She rolled her eyes. "You're sarcastic, Ed." She said.
"No, I'm not." She smiled.
"Time to go." She said. She picked up the suitcase and turned back to him. "Just seven days. Seven days of listening to stories about my terrible childhood and how I'm the only relative in all of my family. Distant family too. Also, one of my cousins think I'm a lesbian, she is one. OK? So odds are, she will be shocked and she might kiss me!" Emily clarified. He looked confused.
"It's great parents siblings children and so on. They have died, and I didn't know them because they were executed for murder. Lots of families. Lots." Emily stated.
"I don't get it..." He said. She sighed.
"I have a weird family. Real weird. I've got my own issues. Too many to count. My family makes problems about my life and they know that I was never really liked. K?" She said. He nodded and she kissed his cheek. "Resort in Glastonbury. I'm driving. Yay." She said sarcastically.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~
After they had made it to Glastonbury, she walked in. "This may end horribly." She said to him.
"Hey, no, Emily, look at me." He said comfortingly. Her eyes moved to him. "It will end great. They're gonna love you. This is you without an abusive person. You aren't remembering any beatings from that week. No. You're amazing and incredible and beautiful and they will love Emily Anderson." He said, kissing her hand.
