Prolougue

(Y/N) POV

I stared at the screen looking at all the designs of what people call furries. I kept scrolling down until i finally got off the computer with a sigh. I don't know how people can dress up in those suits, it must be stuffy in them. I pulled slightly on my (F/C) hoodie as i went over to the kitchen and grabbed an energy drink from the fridge. I came back to my computer, sipping on the energy drink as i stared at the screen. A certain purple furry cat caught my attention. I clicked on the image and saw the name Mystery, strange but cool name. As i stared at the image my vision was slowly getting blurry. What the hell? Am i really that tired? I thought. My vision just kept on getting blurrier and blurrier until everything went black.

When my vision came back i was laying on, concrete? I sat up and looked around. I was in an unfamiliar neighborhood. I looked behind me to see my house.... My house was the only thing i was familiar with, even my neighbors house was different. Who am i kidding the street even looked different. I got up and made my way over to my house, hopefully its the same. I reached over to the door knob, it wasn't locked. I walked in my house, everything was the same as how i left it a few moments ago. I sighed and pulled out my phone from the pocket of my black shorts. I still had wifi, I went over to maps only to find the map was blank. It had the dot showing where i was but everywhere i scrolled to was blank. I was annoyed now. I grabbed my wallet and decided to find somewhere where i could buy food. I got my keys off the counter and walked out the house locking it behind me. Since i was unfamiliar with the neighborhood i started walking in a random direction. Luckily i soon came to what looked like the main shopping district but to my horror, animals..furries were everywhere....Where in the bloody hell am I? I'm not one too am I? i thought as i looked over at myself in one of the shops windows. Thankfully i was still me, I still had my (H/C) hair and my (E/C) eyes. I looked back at the furries. Some of them were giving me weird looks, probably because im the only human here... Deciding to ignore their stares i heading into the maze of shops. Not long until i found a coffee shop with what looked like some newspapers. I looked through the glass at the newspaper. The date....it was 3017. So i have just gone like 2000 years into the future or some shit. Okay (Y/N) what the hell was in that energy drink, i must be dreaming. I pinched my arm hoping this was all a dream. Ow. Crap it actually hurt, so i'm not dreaming.... I decided to go somewhere were everyone else wasn't so i could think for a moment. I decided to sit at a bench in a quiet and very empty park.

Mystery's POV

Normally I don't walk around during the day time but I was getting low on alcohol at home and sometimes its a drag always going out at night to just buy one glass. I sighed as i walked through an empty park. It looked like another boring day until a certain figure caught my eye. I saw a strange figure sitting on a park bench. It didn't have fur but it did look feminine. I decided to go closer to the figure. I stood right behind it. it didn't seem to notice me. Strange, haven't seen anyone like it before. I heard the figure sigh "How the hell did i get here.." It said. The voice sounded very feminine. So it is a strange girl. I smirked and decided to speak up "Well, whats a lady doing all by herself in an empty park." The girl jumped up away from the bench and turned around to face me. Her eyes widened in surprise while I smirked.
