Chapter 8-I couldn't stop running

Taylor's P.OV
I stroll over to my locker after my last class and stuff my books from the day I close the locker door and lean sideways against it . I finally made it I fished a day in school ! I feel like every day is an achievement when finish school tbh . I mean who doesn't .

Just as I'm getting lost in my thoughts I all of a sudden get crashed into by no other that my idiotic guy best friend Ethan .
I look up at his ginning faces dazed "Ethan . WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING !" I explain trying to be serious.
"Sorry I kinda saw you by the locker and I wanted to talk to you  so I ran and yeah ."
He smiles
"Didn't you think it would have been a good idea not to run into me !you doofus" I say rolling my eyes
"Oh yeah sorry I didn't think that far ahead my legs kinda just couldn't stop running" he chuckles
"Well that's great and all but could you get the fuck off me" I say trying not to burst into a fit of laughter .
"Oh yeah shit" he laughs putting his arm down for me to grab his hand and hauls me up of the floor .

"Right so I'm guessing you want to come round ?"I say before Ethan can even open his mouth .
"You know me to well" he smiles
"Well you're always at my house , I mean you practically live there" I laugh
"Yeah and you're mum loves me !" He chuckles
"Yeah the whole family fucking do probably more than they love me" i day rolling my eyes
"Come on then you ! Home we go !!" Get a says grabbing my hand and sticking his arm out and running down the hallway .
With me hanging onto his hand practically wetting myself laughing .

We stroll into the car park still laughing and pushing each other  and We head over to Ethan's black mustang I swear the boy can't keep anything clean but his car is a different story .
"I still don't understand how you manage to keep this car so clean" I say clambering Into passenger seat .
"It's like my child probably the most important girl ever" he states referring to his car pulling out the keys .
"Even more important than me" I pout as he puts the car in reverse .
"Well .... Yeah defiantly" he says with a smirk .
"You prick" I say punching him in the arm
"Ouchie" he says pouting as we drive to my house "I was only joking" he mutters
"Yup'" that's what I thought I say popping the 'p'

Ethan swings into the drive way when the gates open as if he's done it a million times . Tbh he probably has he's at mine enough you would think he lives here.
I unlock the front door Ethan locking his car and we walk into the hallway .

"Anyone home ?"
"Me !" James calls from somewhere in the house .
"And Me" Chase reply's
"And me !" My Dad says appearing out of no where ."and you bought Ethan!"He  says smiling I swear He  loves him like his own son .weird thing is he's never home
"Hey Mr Taylor  " Ethan grins shacking his hand .
"Okay you two well do whatever you need to do I'm going out see you all later" and with that he heads out he door without even saying hi to me . Typical . Now that's the Dad I'm now used to .

"Right lets grab some popcorn and watch a movie" Ethan smiles he knows exactly how to distract me from my Dad.
"Okay I agree" running into the living room do I could choose the movie first . But Ethan's a lot faster than me and got there first ."how the fuck did you do that then ?" I ask out of breath
"Skills" he winks smirking at me
"Whatever" I say rolling my eyes , my eyes should be in great shape the amount of times I roll them a day it should be considered as exercise .

I grab the popcorn from the kitchen pour it into two bows and set it down on the coffee table in the living room .Ethans already got the movie set up onto the tv ready to watch ."That was quick"I laugh sitting beside him .
"I don't hang about" he chuckles picking up his bowl of popcorn and munching on it .
"What are me watching ?" I ask curiously
"Spider-Man homecoming" the replays staring at the screen .
"We have seen this so many times we could probably quote the movie !" I say rolling my eyes .
"Yeah yeah it's a great film so shut up" he reply's.
"Fine" I huff snuggling into his chest about 10 minutes later I could already feel my eyes closing as I drift asleep next to Ethan on the sofa with his arm around me and my head on his shoulder .As I drift off to sleep I hear Ethan whisper in my ear "baby girl I'm always going to be here for you and protect you don't you worry , I promise .."
