Chapter 5: The Day of the Concert

It was finally here. The concert. I finally got to see the guy I had been gushing over for the last month. I was so beyond ready. We weren't front row seats, but we definitely weren't in the back. Close enough for him to see us though!

We waited, and waited, and waited some more.... Until FINALLY, Lil Xan came out on stage. He started making small talk before he sang.

"Hey everybody how you guys doin?" He Yelled.

Went

Wild.

Screaming girls from every angle. I was just standing there staring at them and how crazy they were being!!

I'm not like them. I don't really scream at concerts. I'm there for the music. Oh and that hottie up on stage.

He started singing. Of what sounded like a glorified angel.

Beth and I started singing every lyric we had gathered up within the last month. We looked and each other rapping. We looked up at him rapping.

Then something weird happened.

Lil Xan was looking in my direction. For like a while. But then I saw a girl in front of me wave at him. So I brushed it off thinking she was the one he was looking at. So I started singing again.

Until he stopped. There was a beat still playing in the background, but he got silent.

He then spoke and said:

"Hey everyone how you guys doin now?"

The crowd screamed as usual.

"Aight well I've never done this before. But I'm gonna be honest. There's this girl I've had my eye on, from up here on stage, and I'd love for my security team to bring her up here safely to me. You guys cool with that?"

Once again the crowd screamed.

I didn't think anything of this. I thought this would be expected at one of his concerts.

I look up and I see him whispering into his security guards ear and looking in my direction again. I was getting kind of nervous. But once again I still thought it was the girl in front of me. So I brushed it off. No big deal.

The security guard got to her row. But passed it?!

They came right to my row. Maybe it was the girl next to me?

Sank.

"HE CHOSE ME!!!?" I yelled at Beth.

"Wtf?!!" Beth said.

I made it up to the stage, security guard on arm.

"Yeah this my girl! What's your name?" He asked holding the mic up to my mouth.

"M-my name is y/n." I said.

"Aye. Beautiful name. Everyone give it up for y/n!!!" The crowd screamed.

"Alright for this next song I'm gonna have the beautiful y/n come slow dance with me." He said.

I've never slow danced to rap!!!

But he started rapping 'Betrayed' which oddly worked perfectly. All I know is that standing in front of that man while he was rapping and looking into my eyes, it was the best moment of my life.

As I was getting off the stage he slapped my ass, and slipped me a piece of paper without anyone seeing.

As I returned to my seat I read the handwriting:
