We arrived in Chicago. Closest to where I lived. Where I met Diego. I finally got to see my family, and Beth again, so she could bring me my stuff.

I borrowed a rental car, because I wanted to visit home while he was onstage.

"Babe I'm leaving!" I yelled across the bus.

Diego came to kiss me goodbye.

"Bye babygirl see you later! Be safe, and text me when you arrive safely." He said.

And with that I was off!

Not too far of a drive.

A couple hours later......

I had made it to my house. I walked up to surprise my parents. I knocked, and my little brother opened the door. He told me that my parents had went to the store and they'd be back anytime.

So I stayed for a long while, and talked, and talked with my brother. I told him about everything that had been going on in my life at that moment.

Until we got the call.....

"Hello is this Ms. y/n?" The person on the other end asked.

"Yes." I replied.

"Hello, we're sorry that we're calling to inform you, that your parents have died in a tragic car accident." I dropped the phone and started bawling.

I hugged my little brother so tightly and called Diego. He was onstage.... he couldn't help me out of this one right now...

I had to take My brother Daniel with me now.

We went over to Beth's house and I went to go pick up my stuff.

"OMG... Y/n are you okay? I'm so sorry about your parents!" Beth yelled when I walked through the door.

"Wait how'd you know about that....?" I asked.

"Oh ummmm.... you know... word spreads fast!" Beth replied.

She handed me my stuff. Daniel and I got in the car and left.

We drove all the way back to to where Diego was preforming as soon as he got off stage.

"Y/n!!!" He yelled as you guys came into a perfect hug. It was exactly what you needed.

"Who's this?" He asked a little nervous.

"This is my little brother Daniel." I said.

"Oh okay cool. Nice to meet you. Why is he here?" Diego asked.

I started crying, in his arms. I couldn't take it. This was so hard.

"Diego... my parents died in a tragic car accident." I said.

"Woah what?! When's the funeral?" He asked.

"I think it will be in about a week. Only because i can't go if it's any shorter of a time." I said.

"Well that's okay. I'll be off tour by then. It ends in a couple of days. Maybe all three of us can move in, and start fresh." He said.

"R-really?" I asked through tears.

I jumped and hugged Diego. Then I hugged my little brother who was also crying but felt a little better.

This was gonna take some time to heal....
