<Side's POV>

I ran away again.

I had my keychain in my jaws and the name 'Diellza' imprinted on this wolf body.

Why didn't I just confess I was Albi?

It would have prevented all this running.

My injured leg throbbed in pain as I continued running.

This time round, I chose to run on concrete instead of uneven soil and grass.

I think it was a smarter choice, now that I don't have to pay extra attention to avoid any hidden obstacles that I will trip on.

I ran and ran, and ran.

And for the first time, running felt...great.

I wasn't running from a threat anymore. I was just..running.

My paws thumped the ground in a steady rhythm, my breathing in pace.

And I felt it.

The exhilaration of a run.

I burst out of my wolf form and ascended to Wolven.

No longer was my fur just brown with hints of gold. It was golden brown.

Pure. Golden. Brown.

I am officially Princess Diellza.

Okay I'm joking. Please.

I chuckle with myself.

I was still running, the path in front of me was in detail while everything else was a blur.

With night vision and awesome stamina, I ran through the streets of LA.

I started to do tricks like jumping over bins and doing parkour onto fences and I even managed to jump on a lamp post!

After a long while, with my stamina waning, I slowed down.

I found a puddle of water that was on the pavement, lapping up the water thirstily.

After drinking from the large puddle, I gazed at my reflection.

A white gem lay atop my forehead and searching the depths of my unfamiliar silver eyes, I still see same old Sidearms.

But there was also Diellza...swirling in gold and royal purple.

"Hey mutt! Get off my lawn!" Someone yelled.

Mutt? Are his eyes deceiving him?

I trotted away from the angry man and approached a couple who was sitting on a bench.

The man took a glance at me and ignored me. The lady kept a keen gaze on me.

"Please..Sandra. Don't break up with me. I didn't mean it. Please it was an accident." The guy was pleading the lady to stay with him.

"That happened more than once already Jeffrey. This is goodbye. Leave." The lady was upset.

As the guy came closer, I came up beside the lady and growled at him.

"What the..." The man stopped approaching.

I growl louder, keeping my eyes trained on his every move.

"Whoever's dog you are, this is between me and my girlfriend-"

"Ex-girlfriend. Go. Now." The lady hollered him.

I snarl for emphasis on 'Leave'.

The man walked off, his finger gun on me.

"Thanks." The lady patted me on the head.
