<G18's POV>

It wasn't fun when Stephanie told me to shift out of Wolven form and follow her.

I growled at her, wanting her to leave me alone, but she had none of that.

"Wake up. We need you outside. Now." She whispered harshly.

I put a paw over my face and ignore her.

"Get up this instant Felipe. This is a serious matter. Follow me." She flared an unusual blue aura, starling me out of Speedy's arms.

Speedy seemed to have been knocked out cold, and I wasted no time following Stephanie.

«What was that?!» I ask her fearfully.

"Ugh..I'll explain it to you guys later. For right now, I need you out of the house." She chased me.

I ran out the backdoor, entering her backyard.

It was night, and the moon was fully under the cover of the clouds.

Her backyard was lit with small purple candles that burnt with lavender.

«What's this?» I eye the set up.

"A way to connect with my great grandmother." Stephanie made her way over to the far end of the garden.

And there, I saw a sleeping Diellza.

She was in her Wolven form, sleeping rather peacefully under the the shadows of the large tree she climbed yesterday.

"I originally wanted to take the pendant that Side had when he wasn't looking, but then I realised..."

I growled at her.

«You wanted to steal from Side?» I glare at her.

"It was the 'think before you act' moment for me." Stephanie put her hands up in surrender.

"I soon realised that it would never leave her side."

«You got that right» I keep my offensive stance.

"Calm down."

I couldn't feel Speedy or Side's MateBonds at all.

«No. I want you to explain this right now. What did you do to Speedy and Side?!» I snarl.

"I didn't do anything."

I don't believe her.

I stay put, keeping the snarl on my face.

"Stop with that attitude Felipe." Stephanie was getting angry.

«You have no right to use my real name» I glare at her.

"You are unstable right now. I need you to calm down." Stephanie used a smoothing tone on me.

My wolf instincts didn't trust it one bit.

She held out her hand, and I snapped at it.

She yanked it back.

"Let's listen to what my Great Granny has to show first before you do anything. Okay?" Stephanie backed away.

That was when the magic happened.

The scenery around me changed.

Everything began to go back in time, the neighbourhood shrunk, the houses disappeared, trees became saplings.

Grass grew everywhere.

The scents didn't change though.

This was all a trick of the eye.
