Chapter 28

Third Person

Later that night, Draco kept his promise. Prue thought it best to bring her brother and sister with. The five left to the Slytherin common room, being noticed by the Goulding's. Quietly they followed them, hiding behind some nearby wall.

Y/n's POV

Finally, I can get answers. I sat in a chair while Prue, Parker, and Phoebe sat on the couch next to me. Draco sat in the chair across from me.

"What's going on guys?"

Draco looked up, being the first to speak.

"Goulding's. The four of us have a deal with them. One that was in common was keeping away from you. We don't mean to hurt you Y/n. We..."

"Draco was just trying to protect you while we were threatened, but I honestly think we should tell everyone. I want my friend back," Prue smiled.

Parker looked down and sighed. Phoebe was happy and agreed, unlike Parker. I was confused on why he disagreed.

"Prue, as much as I would like too, we can't. To many people would be at risk," he spoke standing up. "Draco can break his deal if he wants to, but it won't be a good idea if we do."

I glanced between them and noticed Prue and Phoebe were glaring at him.

"Well brother, Phoebe and I say yes. Majority rule," Prue smirked.

Parker glared at her and shook his head.

"Any blooded spilled is on you both," Parker snapped walking out.

What was his problem? Prue walked over and hugged me tightly. I returned it as Phoebe and Draco joined in. I was happy, but concerned and scared. I got my friends back, but do I really want to pay the price?

Adrain's POV

When Parker went to leave my sister pulled him over to us. When he was us, his eyes turned ice cold. We pulled him away quietly. He may just stick to the deal if I explain what's going on. Maybe, just maybe, he can convince his sisters to stick to the deal.

"What do you two want?" Parker snapped.

My sister sighed and placed one hand on his shoulder.

"We need help..."

Parker's eyes grew wide. Haley continue, well explain why we need help.

"Parker, please don't break our deal. We don't want Draco too either but I don't think he will understand," Haley started. "We need Y/n to feel alone. Make her angry. She is Merlins descendent, which means she has his magic. We need her to snap so we can help..."

Helping was a lie but if we get her to tap into her power then we can control her and her powers...hopefully.

"Your lying. You don't want to help her. What is going on?" Parker asked.

I sighed, "our parents life are on the line. The Dark One and he who must not be named want her gift. They want your family too Parker."

"The Dark One..? Voldemort? They aren't back yet, right?" Parker asked.

Fear filled him body. It's understandable, after all the Dark One nearly killed his great grandma and aunts. Prue, Phoebe, Paige, and Piper. Fear that the Dark is back for what is left of the Halliwell line would terrify me as well.

"Not Voldemort, But the Dark One is back. He is regaining his power and he threaten us. If we don't turn Y/n to the Dark side, we and our parents die," Haley explained farther.

Parker sighed and turned staring at us.

"Why do you not want us exposed?" He asked.

Haley smiled. I smirked and turned to Haley.

"You and your sister can free us. You and Potter are all the hope we have. That's why we want Prue to get close to Potter. Once close, thou four can destroy the evil in the world," Haley beamed. "You four are a beacon of hope."

"What of Y/n? What will happen to her?" Parker asked.

We looked as each other and sighed. If we can trick the Dark One I'm thinking she is one of us, then she could weaken the darkness so Potter and Parker an his sister defeat it. Her fate is unclear to us.

"She has her own part, I promise she will not only survive but help you. This will all be clear to you one day, but for now. Stick to what we're saying," I begged. "Please Parker."

"I'll do it."

We were happy and relieved. He went to his dorm and we entered ours. Upon doing so we saw something on there wrist. We both felt strong magic. Did Y/n already tap into Merlins powers?

Draco's POV

I smiled as Phoebe left back to her own dorm as we forgave and mend what friendship we had. That's when I felt a warm glow on my wrist. I wasn't the only one. We all looked down. I saw the dragon Y/n drew glowed green and moved. I looked up to see the same happen to Prue's bird and Y/n's butterfly.

"Looks like this bond won't be broken," Prue whispered.

"Yeah," Y/n smiled.
