Chapter 30

"Y/n, can you help me with this essay?" Draco asked.

Y/n laughed and sat down by him with Prue lending on Draco's shoulder, tired. Honestly it didn't bother y/n or Draco. They weren't together as a couple yet, mainly because wanted to wait before taking that step. The Goulding's saw the three of them together and sighed. Walking to the fireplace where the three sat. When Prue noticed them she sat up and stretch her sore arms. Draco acted like they weren't there and Y/n looked up at them, waiting to see what they want. What surprise Prue was when they sat down by them.

"Hey, my sister and I want to say sorry for what happened in hogsmeade," Adrain muttered quietly.

Y/n blinked a few times before remembering what they told her.

"It's fine, but why have you been trying to get people to avoid me?" Y/n asked.

Haley and Adrain glanced at each other before think it would be best to explain everything.

"Y/n, you should know why that pureblood family took you in," Haley started.

"Your Merlin decedent. Bless with his power. That is the only reason why the Cutlers adopted you. You are in Malfoy Manor now because the Cutlers are not stable to take care of you," Adrain explained farther.

Prue and Draco looked at the twins in disbelief. Y/n, however, wasn't a hundred percent sure if she could trust them.

"Explain why they were so harsh to her then?" Draco snapped.

"To make her snap. They figured the pain would make her angry at them in the future, which is why we were trying to make her upset," Haley frowned.

"Angry is deadly and love is powerful," a voice from above spoke. "You two should have known that better than anyone."

The five looked over at the staircase to see Michelle leaning on the railing. When they noticed her she made her way downstairs.

"What do you want?" Adrain asked her harshly.

She only glared at him, making him flinch back.

"I came down here to help out Y/n, her best friend, and boyfriend with their essays," Michelle smirked.

Draco and Y/n glanced at each other and glared at Michelle.

"I don't think they are dating. At least not yet," Prue stated.

"Anyways, it's true. Y/n is a Merlins descendant and she has already subconsciously tapped into her power," Michelle smirked.

Y/n's eyes widen slightly. Did she really? Draco and Prue were also slightly shocked with this news.

"When?" Prue asked.

Michelle showed them the drawing of the bird, butterfly, and dragon.

"The drawings?" Adrain asked skeptical.

"Yeah. It's not exactly like the Dark mark the death eaters have, but similar," Michelle quickly noticed their uneasiness. "What I mean is, if any of the three really need help, you would know. If you need to talk, you can summon each other."

Y/n gazed down at her wrist, as did Draco and Prue. Adrain and Haley were awed by the fact she tapped into it already.

Time Skip (I decided to skip to the part of the execution.)

Y/n decided to spend her day with Mink, Ty, Aliza, Tawny, and Michelle. Parker was with his sisters and the Goulding's. Draco was with two of his so called friends to see the death of Buckfeat.

Mink's POV

I smiled having my friend ms around me, but frowned when I noticed that bloodsucker. I don't know why Y/n hangs around her but it's really making me uncomfortable.

"Hey did you hear the news?" Tawny asked.

We all shook our head no. That's when we learned the death of Buckfeat was today. We all decided it would be best if we see if Hagrid was okay. Upon making our way their, we found Draco and two of his followers with Harry, Ron, and Hermione. Y/n walked over and stood between them yelling at both of them.

Aliza and Michelle went over to see what was up and tried to calm Y/n. Harry got involved and the argument didn't cease until Y/n yelled for everyone to shut up. Pointing a finger at Draco, by the looks of thing, Y/n told him to leave. He and his goons walked by both me and Ty. That's when Ty and I decided to join in with them and we went to check on Hagrid together.

We soon had to leave though. After getting to the top of the hill I knew it wasn't wise for me to stay out here. I went into the school and concealed myself in my dorm.
