So the next day arrives and I meet Cam at Stumptown before rehearsal.

"Guess what!" I shout as soon as I see him.

"What!"

"Sawyer asked me out!"

His face seems to droop a little and most of the actual enthusiasm in his voice is gone. The space is filled with fake cheer.

"That's great. I hope you are happy."

"I am so excited! We are going to see Spiderman on Saturday. It's a double date with Alex and Rose."

He cuts me off by saying "Hey, we should get to rehearsal."

Later that day Lauren calls me.

"Hey, according to Josh, Cam won't stop crying. Do you know what's up?"

"It may be because of Sawyer and I."

"What about you and sawyer?"

"Well he asked me out, and I said yes."

"OMIGOD! But you think Cam is upset because of that?"

"Yeah, maybe? He seemed unenthusiastic when I told him, and he has been short with me ever since."

"Text Josh and explain that to him."

"Also cam and I agreed to be just friends for now."

"I know, it still may have hurt seeing the person you like, go out with someone else. Remember how you felt when you first heard that Brigid and Finn were dating?"

"Yeah, I cried on your shoulder for a day and a half. I'm gonna go call Josh now."

I hang up on Lauren and then call Josh. It goes straight to voicemail.

"Hey, you've reached Josh, I couldn't get to the phone right now, or I'm just ignoring you right now. I'll call you back when I get the chance. You can talk now!"

"Hey, I know you and Cam are upset with me but I need to talk to you. If you could please pick up that would be helpful. Its very important, but I understand if you don't want to ta-" I am cut off by him picking up the phone.

"What do you want?" He says in a tone so sharp it scares me.

"Don't answer her! She is a jerk right now!" I hear Cam shout in the background

"Well, I'm sorry for upsetting Cam, and when he kissed me in the studio, we agreed to just be friends so we don't ruin our friendship. I thought he would be okay with Sawyer and I. I guess I was wrong, and I never meant to hurt him. I hope you know I never meant to cause any harm."

"I understand. Cam wants to talk to you."

"hi," he says timidly. "I'm sorry I over reacted a little bit. It just hurts you know."

"Yeah, its hard seeing someone you like with someone else. Are we still friends? Even though I hurt you?"

"Yeah. We are still friends."

"Good, I don't know what I would do without you."

SO I"M PUBLISHING A COUPLE CHAPTERS NOW BUT I AM ALMOST OUT OF PRE MADE CHAPTERS! EEP! I PLAN TO WRITE SOME IN THE CAR TOMORROW BECAUSE I'M GOING AWAY.
