I am pulled up into the air, and then I look down and see Cam beneath me. All my panic floats away. Cam will catch me. We enact the scene where Ana falls and Cam catches me easily. I am pulled back up and then we go to try again when we hear a quiet click. We act out the scene once more and I as I am pulled up the wire snaps and I plummet to the ground.

I land on my stomach and let out a huge ugh noise. I push myself up with my right arm and sit up. I seem to be okay. So I put my hands on the ground and push up. I wince in pain and then collapse back on the ground. Cam, and Mark run over to me, but everything goes fuzzy for a split second, most likely because of the pain.

"Are you okay?"  They shout loudly at me.

"Yeah, I just fell. I think I broke my arm though."

"Yup, that looks broken." Mark says as he assesses the situation.

"I am so sorry! I can't believe I didn't catch you. I am such an idiot. I shouldn't be playing this role."

"Its fine, you weren't ready and we didn't know that the wire would snap. Its okay. I can always have my arm set. It will heal."

"Guys stop with your cheesy 'I'm sorries', we have to get you to the hospital."

"What about rehearsal?" I ask.

"I'm going to tell Emily and Samuel what happened. We will come back here. They can keep rehearsing,"

Cam helps me up and we walk downstairs cradling my arm gently. We walk into the rehearsal room and tell Emily what happened and where we are going. Cam helps me grab my stuff, when Sawyer runs over to me.

"What happened? Are you okay?"

"Yeah, I'm fine, I fell from the fly system and broke my arm. We are going to the hospital to have it set."

"I should go with you!"

"No, you need to run your lines. Don't worry about me. I won't be alone, Cam will be there too."

This phrase puts a slight disgusted look on Sawyer's face. He forces a smile, and says okay, giving me a light hug and planting a kiss on my cheek.  Cam and I walk out of the rehearsal room and up the stairs. We climb into the back of Mark's car and we drive off to the hospital on 77th St.

Once we get to the hospital we explain our situation to the lady behind the desk and go sit down. A girl across the waiting room stares at us. Its almost as if she seems to recognize Cam and me, we sit waiting for 20 minutes until we are called in. The nurse takes all my vitals and then we enter a room and wait for the doctor. He walks in after 10 minutes.

"Hi, I am Dr. Turner, and I heard you broke your arm. How did you do this?"

"Well," I start. "I was rehearsing for our show, and I was up on the fly system when the wire snaps and I fall like 20 ft. I think I'm okay, other than my arm."

"If I may ask, what show? Is it professional or a school show or something?"

"Its Life and Lies of Anatolia Martino, it's opening off Broadway in 4 months."

"Oh my gosh, my daughter loves that book. I'm guessing you play Ana, and you play?"

"I play Ben." Cam says to the doctor.

"I know this is against policy, but my daughter is in the waiting room. When I finish setting your arm can she come in to meet you?"

"That's cool with me, Cam?"

"Yeah, Mark?"

"I guess, we have to get back to rehearsal though."

The doctor sets my arm and gives me a plain white cast. Cam signs my cast twice, Once with the well known Connor scrawl, and his name in his tiny handwriting. He signs it in such a specific spot, its not until later when I look it up I know the meaning. (right above the left ring finger Vena Amoris. A vein that connects to the heart.) The doctors daughter walks into the room and her eyes nearly bug out of her head.

"OH MY LORD. YOU ARE CAMERON COLLEY, AND, AND, AND YOU ARE JORDAN WHITE! I LOVE YOU GUYS. Jordan you were my inspiration to start dance and now you are playing my favorite character from my favorite book. This has been my dream to meet you since I was 10."

"Wow, I didn't think anyone knew me for my dancing, and you can call me Jordy. All my friends do."

"Wow, can you sign my shirt?"

"I don't know sweetie. That's one of your best shirts." Dr. Turner says to his daughter

"I'll be right back," I say as I pull Mark into the hallway. "Can we give her a tour of our theatre and stuff?"

"I guess, as long as she doesn't get in the way. How about we do it today, because you can't rehearse up on the ropes, and everyone is a bit off topic today? Today could be our scratch day."

"So she can come back to the theatre?"

"As long as her father says its okay." He says quickly as we walk back into the room.

"Miss. What's your name."

"Ruby."

"Miss Ruby Turner. You are cordially invited to a tour of a Life and Lies rehearsal." I say to her.

"OH MY GOD!!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS?"

"Yes! As long as your father is okay with it!"

"DAD! CAN I GO? PLEASE!!!!!"

"Yes, you are allowed to go."

"So," Mark says cutting through Ruby's squeals. "We have to get back to rehearsal, so Ruby, you are coming with us."

"Oh my lord, I can't believe this!" Ruby says as we all climb into Mark's car. I sit in the back with her and Cam and Mark sit in the front. We make the 9-minute drive across the Upper East Side, with Ruby and me laughing in the back.

"Lets take a pic for snapchat!" I say as we climb out of the car in front of the York. I hold up my cast, Ruby smiles and Cam rests his head on my shoulder. We all smile the biggest goofiest smiles. I save the pic to post to instagram later.

"Wadda day!" I caption the picture.
