That Almost Went Well

I grabbed my things, shoved them into my bag and hopped on my bike. I rode across New York to the small coffee shop on West 29th. Once I got to the coffee shop, I sat at the table closest to the door, and waited. After 10 minutes of waiting he walked in the door. I gave a slight wave motioning to the table I was sitting at.
"Sorry! I was coming from 52nd, and Josh held me at the door."
"Oh it's ok, I was just coming up with some questions."

(TIME BREAK INTERVIEW FINISHED)

"That went really well! Thanks for helping out."
"Oh you're welcome!"
"I should probably go now." I said as I put my laptop back in my bag.
"Where's my purse?" I frantically start patting my sides and checking the chair behind me. "I left it at home didn't I?"
"What's wrong, are you missing something?" Cameron asks
"I wasn't thinking and left my purse at home. Which means I forgot my key. Which means i'm locked out until 6, and by the looks of it, it's gonna start raining in about an hour."
"Oh, do you have anywhere to go?"
"Yeah, I can stay with my neighbor. She's 93, has Alzheimers, and is convinced i'm the maid's daughter."
"Why don't you come over to my house? My mom can drive you home at 6, once your mom is home."
"Ok, that sounds nice. Thank you." I respond with a smile.
Cam calls and tells Josh that I am coming over.
"Hey Josh, Jordan got locked out, and it's gonna rain in an hour. I invited her over, make sure the house isn't gross. And put on clothes! Gotta' go, Bye."
Once I finish packing up my stuff, we hop on our bikes heading for the Colley's house.

"Does Josh usually walk around naked?" Questioning the seemingly random statement.
"No, he just wears pajamas, or underwear and a shirt. Why? Interested?" Cam asks playfully.
"NO! I just thought 'And put on clothes!' is an interesting statement." I say in rebuttal to his comment.

AUTHORS NOTE.  I DON'T THINK JOSH WALKS AROUND NAKED.  I JUST NEEDED A LAUGH.
