(Time pass roughly 10 mins).
Josh came waltzing up the stairs and into Cam's room.
"Hey, bro. I was wondering if you would be willing—" He starts but is quickly cut off by Cameron.
"You are recording a duet and need an accompaniment. What song? Most likely no though."
"Suddenly Seymour, you would sing Audrey's part."
"Ugh! Definite no! Sorry Josh, why don't you see if Jordan would be willing to." Cam suggests
"Nah, I don't know if she can sing."
I walk into the room right as Josh says that.
"Know if who can sing?" I ask
"You, Josh is trying to convince me to sing Suddenly Seymour with him. I suggested that you sing." Cam tells me.
"Do you know the song?" Josh questions
"Yeah, my school choir sang it when I was 11. Do you want me to sing part?"
"If you could."
"Okay" I started singing and my voice floated over the familiar notes. "Nobody ever treated me kindly, Daddy left early, Mama was poor. I'd meet a man and I'd follow him blindly, He'd snap his fingers, Me, I'd say sure."
"Hey Josh," Cam says to his brother, "you gonna shoot your cover now?"
"Uh, Ye-yeah. You are really good!" He says to me.
We begin to shoot the cover and I notice Cam typing on my computer. I can't say anything because the camera was on but I shot him a dirty look. 6 oclock rolled around and Mrs.Colley drove me home. I ran inside and my mom greeted me in the kitchen.
"Hey, Jord. What did you do today?"
"Well, you know about my website Growinguponstage right? Well I was able to get an interview with Cameron Colley, at the coffee shop. But when I went to bike home I forgot my purse at home and didn't have my key. So he said I could hang out at his house with him and his brother until you got home. So that's what I did today. Oh, and i recorded a cover with Joshua Colley." I explained
"Wow, that sounds eventful. Where's your bike though?"
"SHOOT! I must have left it at their house."
"We'll get it tomorrow, or later today. Can I see your website?"
"Sure." I said looking down at my feet.
