Sleep paralysis

It's really weird. I have experienced it all of two (2) times, one like two months ago and one yesterday.

The first time I was watching some videos and fell asleep, then woke up and this one was playing

And when I woke up I couldn't really move, but it felt like I could, but I couldn't. Ya know how it takes little to no effort to move normally and your just like "okay, I'm gonna move now"? I was like "okay I'm gonna move now" and nothing happened so, I guess that's what that feels like. But I was facing the laptop so I decided, "hey might as well just watch the video" and I watched it, but the ending was different. It was all dramatic and I can't remember it fully but I know it was scary enough to make me shiver (that never happens), but not too scary. So I went back and rewatched the video because I was asleep for most of it, and I was Like "wtf was that, I'm telling everyone"

And then I forgot to tell everyone

And then yesterday the same thing happened(but no different endings to videos) and I was really just more annoyed, and I managed to like, snap out of it??? I guess I sort of got up as soon as you can with sleep paralysis?? Idk man, sleep paralysis is weird
