Okay so, i stayed after school for art club today, i was gonna take the activity bus home because both my parents were working. Sounds pretty normal right? i get on the activity bus and there are like a hundred(overstatement, but ya know. a lot) kids in there, but i get a seat in the front. So this bus driver says something, she doesn't have a route so the first bus stop has to tell her the directions, then the second, then the third, etc.
so we get to the first two bus stops just fine, with the exception of missing one and going back around. But just before we got to the third, as i'm looking out the window, the other kid in my seat sitting next to me gets pushed. so i turn around like "wtf is going on???"(internally) and this kid is standing in front of the little boy sitting next to me, and then that kid SLAPS THE LITTLE BOY ACROSS THE FACE. Everyone is shouting and screaming, i don't know what the fuck is happening. so i help the little boy calm down, like ya do. then he gets off at the next stop.
so everyone's asking me what happened i say what i know, but i find out that someone around him had called the kid the N Word. So the kid thought the little boy had said it (the little boy was white) and slapped him. so it was a HUGE misunderstanding.
So then this kid that lives in the same apartment complex as me (his name is literally Christian, that's his name) sat next to me and pulled out his phone, he literally opened google maps, guys. we had to use google maps to get home.
