Chapter 14 (The Fam)

Montre's POV

Well I can't really believe that me and my babies are actually doing this and giving it another try. Also startng over and no meeting new people so I hope moving to New Orleans wit fam should change, or that's what we hope. Also, I can help my cousins out and maybe change my life around get a real job and stop hustling. I need to stay around when my babies get married and I wanna see them with my grand kids, yess I never would of known and heard myself saying shxt like that soo to me it's a big surprise. Hopefully my kids will find somone worth all the BS like me and Diamond been thru.

Okay so we heading on our way to New Orleans where I have fam. The least people that I see that are in my past the better. I don't want no one to try and make me and Diamond ever have a wort break up again. I think it's best that once we get there start over and have no secrets this time, so no BS will come in between us. This may take a long way to get down south since we on the north but it will all be worth it.

Diamond's POV

I don't have a lot to say but anyways I am just glad that Montre' came clean and really wants to be around his kids. Yes, we've been thru a lot and maybe he shouldn't have cheated neither me, but he faked his death. At the end of all of the BS, it came out to be fine. Hopefully Keem and Orchid are no where near us or will be able to find us, and also hopefullu no one from our past that we don't like come back. . .

*Couple Hours Later*

Montre's POV

We had just arrived to New Orleans to greet the fam and let them know we we're here so I called them up. Well so they can show Diamond, the kids, and I around. It's been a while since I've been here and I don't remember my way around. I think the last time I came was when I was 11,  remember my dad used to bring us down here a lot, about 6 times a year. To me it was fun to be in a different state that wasn't where I was from and being able to see my cousins. I usually don't talk about my past, maybe because I took my fathers steps and I don't like it at all. I know sooner or later I wll need to talk about it in order to leave it in the past.

Anyways, as I stop so we can get something to eat I see Diamond sleeping and it was just soooo adorable seeing her sleeping again. Just like the old times. It made me smile, as I looked back I seen Princessa and Jamal laying their heads on Aurora. It was just sooo adorable.

I shook Diamond gently. "Baby wake up. . . . Let's get something to eat. . . ."

As Diamond opens her eyes, I noticed I had a smile on my face while she looked at me.

She leaned over and kissed me.

I heard the kids all say "Ewwww! mommy and daddy need to get a room"

I looked at Diamond and then at them and laughed.

Diamond said "Okay babies are you guys hungry?"

The kids yelled "Yesssss mommy!"

We got out the car and I opened the door to my family.

We ordered our food, but this time it was going to be different then the other time.

"baby you pay, here" As I handed her the money and walked away with Aurora, Jamal, and Princessa to fnd a place to sit. We weren't the only ones there I wouldn't say it was empty or full tho.

Jamal and Aurora are playing with their food before they eat it. They talk about the weirdest things. Yes, kids have a huge imagination. I don't blame them. I am actually happy the communicate and have a creatve side.

We noticed Jamal was getting tired so we rushed and threw our garbage away, and headed outside to the car. 

I drove till I seen a store and the closest one was a Wal-Mart. I parked and asked Diamond if she was getting off, she replied "No baby , you go and get what you need, I'm full as hell, and I'll stay here with the kids" I told her "Okay baby I'll be back in a few."

I rushed inside the store got what I needed first, mouthwash, toothpastes, and new tooth brushes.

I got my cousins and Mel's wife shirts, I got his daughters some matching leggings, since they dress all 3 of them matching.

Can't forget chocolate for Diamond and some candy for my babies.

I went to go pay by myself, so no bitch can get at me and I won't need no drama right now.

I bagged my stuff and payed. Then rushed to the car to head out.

*30 Minutes Later*

Diamond gets the kids off and we walk up the door steps.

I knock on the door 3 times and wait for them to open the door.

*The Door Opens*
