When the sun rose again, the kids woke up as well. They were now 2. The children jumped and laughed and played around the room. Yes, they were making noise, but the didn't care.
Allura was barley awake, but when she heard her kids playing, she smiled. Shiro did too. They got up and got ready. Caran woke up and got himself ready and was in the room with the children, celebrating.
Allura and Shiro joined them and they all celebrated the morning away. Allura and Hunk gave big worm hugs, Shiro and Lance were partying hard, and Keith and Pidge were partying shyly in the corner. All the commotion and loudness made Pidge a little scared, but she joined the group after a few minutes. Keith had the puzzle box in his arms and he was partying calmly by his bed.
"Alright! Lets get ready for your surprise!" Allura guided the kids to the bathroom and gt them ready.

When they were all ready, they headed downstairs. Well, except Keith. He went to the room and opened the puzzle box. He took 7 pieces of the puzzle and put them in his pocket. He zipped up the pocket so the pieces wouldn't fall out.
(The kids are wearing their special PJ's)
Keith joined the others downstairs and they ate their special breakfast. And when they were done, they were greeted with small boxes.
"Go ahead, open them." Allura, Shiro, and Caran watched the kids tear the wrapping paper and open the boxes.
Their faces lit up and the moment was so precious.
The boxes held flower broaches formed from marbled glass, and each child received one in their own color. They carefully and quietly picked up the glass flowers and walked over to the window and held them up to the light.
They returned to the table and they opened a few more presents. They got some new toys and were ever so excited to play with them. Lance had to go to the bathroom, so he left his toys where he sat. The others were too busy playing with their toys to even notice. Keith played with his toys and noticed Lance's toys sitting in their spot. He grabbed one and one of his and made them battle.
Lance came back and saw Lance playing with his toy, and accidentally broke it . He ran over and yelled at Keith. Shiro told Lance to stop and just play nicely. But Lance didn't listen. He attacked Keith and they wrestled. Keith used his self-defense to keep himself safe from Lance's hits.
Lance tried to hit Keith in the side, but missed. He unzipped the pocket when his hand missed Keith's side.
The pieces scattered.
The two stopped and looked at the pieces. When they turned back to each other, Keith was furious. His eyes were a disturbed galaxy and the colors bashed and mixed like an ocean in a storm. The gold flakes glowed in anger and the black void in the center was very, very black.
Lance was struck with fear. His eyes were an energetic oceans of blues bashing together as if in a storm and had gold flakes surrounding the center, but were covered by a light layer of blue. When he saw Keith's death glare, his eyes shifted to a frozen ocean and the flakes turned to a frozen ring of bright gold. He gasped and the adults looked over.
Keith's amulet's eyes glowed a furious gold and he lunged forwards. He could have done so much to Lance if Shiro hadn't pulled Keith out of the air. He took Keith outside into the backyard and tried to settle him down.
Keith only fought and invisible being for 10 minutes and then fell to the ground in exhaustion. Shiro got him and laid him on the couch. Pidge and Hunk walked up to Keith when Shiro told them not to, and gave Keith the seven pieces that he thought he had lost. He happily took the pieces and sealed them in his pocket.
Pidge and Hunk laid on the couch with Keith and they fell asleep together. Lance looked over from the table sadly. He was in trouble, but only a little. He continued to look at his glass flower in the light, and he saw the colors had changed. The blues had shifted, but were still blue. He placed his flower back in the box and just watched his siblings from his place while the grown ups talked.
"Sowry..." Lance looked down from his siblings and closed his eyes as he walked upstairs and slept in his own bed.
