Allura and Shiro he'd each other's hands as they looked at all of their babies. They were in little chambers and were to come out soon so they could go home.
After a few hours of waiting, the babies were finally released and their parents held them close. Caran pulled up their white-family-sized car and they drove home. Luckily, none of the babies cried. Once they arrived, they took the babies to the nursery. Shiro and Caran had set up the nursery as a surprise for Allura.
"Cover your eyes." Shiro softly said to Allura, and she did so. Shiro opened the door for Allura and helped her in so she wouldn't drop the babies. She opened her eyes and was delighted by what she saw.
The nursery had soft yellow walls, cute walls stickers, two cribs in one corner, and another two in the other corner. The window in the center had special curtains to block out light and keep out the cold or the heat. The cribs were on the left, and on the right, there were shelves with diapers, wipes, toys, and bottle formulas. And in the center laid a play mat for the infants to play on.
The parents laid the babies in their cribs and went to help Caran unload their bags.
