the snowflakes glided down on the ground as the car passed by, wrecking the pattern. my black boots shift, feeling warm and starting to get really sweaty. even though its freezing out, you still can sweat.

I was getting very impatient waiting for alex. he's always late.

I bottomed up my coat, forgetting to do that, even though the heat was on. I liked our little wooden house. it was cute. and Alex was definitely good at finding houses that were cheap and had enough room. our old house... wasn't even a house. it was smaller than it was we had in the woods. Alex said the shed in the town was for 'just in case', which of course he had made perfect sense.

I decided to fix my hair, I hurried trusting Alex not to be late again. I got it front in the mirror and took out my ponytail and tried again. luckily, it was decent the second time. usually it wasn't.

the car horn startled me, and I ran outside and locking the door behind me. I opened the old cars door and sighed.

"Alex you-" I started to complain.

"I know I was late I'm sorry, again. costumers keep coming." I sighed again, showing my impatientence and annoyance.

"where are you going to take me this time?" I asked changing the subject.

"ravens." he actually answered without making me guess.

"oh I've never been there," I said furrowing my eyebrows,"tell me about it."

"it's like Starbucks." I nodded my head understanding.

after a few minutes of a silence drive, we finally arrived at Ravens. he was right to was like Starbucks. but better, I have to say.

there was couches and coffee tales, looking like a real living room.

"you like it?" he asked handing me my drink and sitting in one o he couches.

"I love it," I answered still looking around examining the details,"it's amazing."

Alex took a sip of his coffee and smiled like he always does. his ruffled brown hair went every direction you could think of. he dimples were in place and perfect, his black Beatles shirt fit him perfectly with his black skinny jeans and black converse. almost sounding emo.

"alex, I have a question for you." I put my coffee down on the table and placed my position towards him.

"okay..."

"why did you run away? and why did you take me?"
