"I'm hungry, where are you taking me?" I asked taking bigger steps in the endless forest.
"we'll be there soon. I feel it." Alex said faithfully, looking up.
"what is it anyways?"
"food."
"oh thank god." he laughed after I said that. like something seemed obvious.
"what?" I asked.
"well not the kind of food you eat directly, like chips or cookies... more like this.' he said pointing to the the deer hanging from the tree. blood dripping from its body onto the moist ground.
"eww... it's cool."
"really? i thought you would freak out and run off on my like normal girls would do."
"well I guess I'm not normal am i?" he smiled to himself and nodded slightly. "well lets not just stand here waiting for the world to end. lets get this deer going."
"well you are very eager." he said helping me carry the deer to the wagon besides the tree.
