[SIX YEARS LATER]

"oh alex! look at this one," I pointed to the computer screen ,"it's a good size."

"yeah! I love it! how many rooms?" he answered rubbing my stomach.

we were looking for a bigger house because of the baby.

yes, I was pregnant. it's a boy.

I was so excited until this thing gets out of my stomach... whoops that not what a mother would say.

"it says two rooms." I said scrolling down.

"well that's perfect!"

'yeah we should look at it..." I got up and walk over to alex giving him a hug behind him. "but not now''

it was around 8:40 pm. and that's as when I heard the knock on the door.

"ill get it." I whispered to alex getting up.

I grabbed the bass knob and twisted it.

"hello, we are looking for a girl probably 22 by now and her name is macy. she has blonde hair but her natural hair color is brown." the police said looking down at his notepad. I started to shake nervously. good thing I dyed my hair back to brown or else I would be caught.

"umm... uh, n-no. I haven't seen her."

"and she might have been with a guy, name alex. he's blonde..."

"nope, I don't think I've seen them."

"okay ma'am. thank you," he looked up at me and smiled, "and congrats." he pointed to my stomach.

"thank you." I closed the door sighing in relief. I walked in me and Alex's room, lying on our bed next to alex.

"who was that?" he asked curiously.

"police...."

"what?"

"he asked if I've seen a girl named Macy with a guy named alex."

"oh. my god."

"but why now? it's been 7-8 years since we left."

"I don't know, I'm so confused." I put my head in his chest feeling and hearing his fast heart beat.

"we'll be fine.' he said after a few minutes.

"as long as I'm with you." I whisper back.
