I ran through the front door of
Capsule Corp and didn't see a single person. I decided I'd run upstairs and see if there was anyone up there. I glanced up there and there was nobody. Then I stopped to think. Vegeta let me go so easily when I said I didn't want to fight. What if they went out to look for me? I had to go back.

I turned around and ran straight into someone way bigger than me. I was quickly slammed into the wall. I felt his head get close to my ear. "I told you, you can't run," he whispered. I started screaming, hoping that someone would come help me out. "I told you, they don't care about you! I'm the only one that cares about you!"

"You don't care! They're the only ones who have ever cared about me! They'll come and they'll kill you!" I screamed. Josh laughed and suddenly I was being thrown down the stairs. I was in a lot of pain but I still managed to bring myself to my feet. I tried my best to run for the door, but could only get a limp out.

I still tried my best to escape, but I was soon thrown on the ground. I tried one more time to get up but my head was stomped onto the ground. I let out a cry of pain as the pressure hit my head. Josh grabbed a fist full of my hair and forced me to look at him. "Don't you get it? I'll always beat you, there's no point in trying," he said. I had tears pouring from my eyes out of fear and pain. "Just look at you, you're already broken. Now just be a good girl and I won't hit you."

Suddenly, his lips were crashing onto mine again, and instead of trying to shove him off, I just froze. I was far too scared to do a thing about this. I thought I heard someone trying to open the door, so I jerked my head to the side. My jaw was grabbed and I was forced to face Josh again. He just smiled at me and shook his head. I needed to run away, but I was pinned down.

I began jerking my arms and legs trying to break free, but it didn't do any good, I was too weak. Josh grabbed my head and slammed it on the hard ground as hard as he could. My ears started to ring and I began to feel dizzy and lightheaded. I wasn't able to move anything, my brain was too scrambled. I felt him pick me up, but my body wouldn't respond.

"You always make me do this!" he screamed. It sounded muffled, and I knew I was staring at him with a dead expression. I couldn't respond. He put me down on my feet, and I somehow didn't fall. I began to sway, but was brought back to reality as he punched me in the gut. As I doubled over, he elbowed me in the back, causing me to fall to the ground.

Before I had time to react, his foot collided with my face. My ears began to ring again. His foot hit again. Everything started to get blurry. His foot hit one more time. I wasn't going to pass out. I went to look up at him, and he stopped. He smiled this evil grin down at me. He grabbed my right ankle and began to drag me to the stairs. I didn't have the strength to fight him off. As he dragged me upstairs, my head slammed into every last step.

At long last, we were upstairs. He dropped my foot as soon as we made it up there. He then began to look through the many doors, not paying any attention to me.

Suddenly I heard the front door open and I heard. "Man, I couldn't find her anywhere." I looked up and saw Josh trying to get me as quietly as possible. I tried to reach for the top step, and was able to wrap my fingers around it. I slowly started to drag myself across the floor. I got my feet to start pushing me as well.

I looked back as I pulled myself closer. I had about 2 seconds to get this done. I channeled what little strength I had left and basically threw myself down the stairs.

As soon as I made it down, I found the best person that I could have seen, Goku. He looked down at me, took a second, and then went into panic mode. He ran over to me. "(Y/n)! What happened?! Who did this?!" he yelled. I just slowly brought my arm up to point upstairs. Goku nodded and ran up there.

I almost instantly heard a slam from up there. Then I felt this sudden burst of energy that was almost overwhelming. I glanced up there, wondering what was going on. I had no doubt that that was Goku, but was it really necessary? In less than five minutes, a blonde Goku walked back down without a scratch on him.

I only wished that I could stand up for myself so that he wouldn't have to save me all the time. He even tried to train me, but I just can't seem to defend myself. I had put him through so much stress recently, and I just felt terrible about it. But surely, things will start to get better soon, at least I hope.
