The Lion stalled,he was just about to make a deal with the most wanted yet most un-imprisonable crimeboss in all of zootopia but he needed leverage for him to be able to be elected for mayor and perhaps even president if he stays on the wolfs good side

He was a Mad Dog but he was filthy rich and he had no other choice if he want to be re-elected he needed to beat the new animals in the campeign. He needed the wolfs financial help
