Chapter Twelve: Want Out (Alexis' POV)

I groaned as I woke up. My head felt light and my vision was blurry as I tried to make out my surroundings. When my vision cleared I was surprised at my surroundings. Despite it being dark with the hall lights being the only source of light in here, I could perfectly see the way the room I was in looked like. The walls were filled with cracks and wall paper that was slowly coming off everywhere. The furniture that stayed at the sides of the room were dusty and flipped in a nice pile.

"W-Where am i...?" I whispered to myself looking around in a confused and scared way. The last thing I remembered was being knocked out while Chara faced—oh god! Chara!! Where was she?! I swear if they touch her I will never forgive them!!

I suddenly heard the door open wider and in came Marie or Luxuria as we like to call her. I eyed her up and down, some of the boys at Heaven Spire said Marie was absolutely a "boner-raiser" according to them but to me she just looked like someone who was too "loose" for her own good.

"Get up brat!" She said kicking me by my leg as I glared at her. She was definitely a complete bitch.

"Where is Chara!?" I yelled looking at her in anger, spitting on her face to show my disgust as she only smirked wiping the drool off her face as she leans down and grips my hair.

"You damn brat~ I deserve respect you know....and I do hope your "sister" bleeds out before help comes!~ I'd love a photo of her corpse!~" she says looking into my eyes in an insane manner as I winced at the grip on my hair as she pulls me up to my feet and looked into my eyes intensely.

"You know~ they said I couldn't kill you~ but they didn't say I couldn't have fun with ya first~" She says and my eyes widen well I felt her knee on my stomach as she rammed it into my stomach hard as I coughed out blood. I bent down holding my stomach and winces when I felt a foot collide to the side of my face sending me down as I gripped the part where she hit me.

When she approached my fallen form I suddenly did a sweep kick sending her down as I got up immediately on my knees pinning her down by slamming my elbow on her stomach keeping her down on the floor.

"Sit down bitch!!" I yelled and growled at her my eyes glowing yellow as I kept her down but suddenly I felt her other hand grip my hair as she threw me off her sending me flying to the wall as she growled at me her hair a mess and soon she was in front of me her hand on my neck as I struggled in her grip, she had a wide insane grin as she took out her knife and stabbed me in the eye as I screamed. Pulling it out as she stared at my eye which was on her knife licking it slowly as she laughed darkly.

"YOU REALLY DID IT NOW YOU PIECE OF SHIT!!! I'LL MAKE SURE TO CUT UP YOUR BODY AND MAIL IT TO CHARA!!!" Just as she was about strike me again with her knife a hand grabbed her wrist back and stopped her. When she turned around her eyes widened immediately in fear. It was Ira glaring at her with this frightening look in his eyes as he grabbed Marie and slapped her hard making her fall on the ground holding her face as she looked at him.

"Didn't Superbia tell you not to harm her?!?!? Look at her eye, you stupid bitch! You can't even follow orders right!!" He growled kicking her in the stomach as I winced. To be honest I didn't like Marie at all but that doesn't mean I want to see her getting beat up like this. No one deserves that.

As Ira looked at me he inspected the wound and glares at Marie grabbing me by carrying me bridal style and starts walking out the room.

"I'll deal with you when I come back you stupid whore....and don't think your punishment will be with mercy...." As he looked at her I could see the redness in his pupils glow. He was Wrath after all but his gaze alone was terrifying. Like my soul was being drained every time I looked.

He left the room and started heading to another setting me down as I winced at my eye holding it to stop the blood from leaking out as I cried. It was a huge shame to a Virtue to lose their eyes. It was like a part of my soul was taken away.

"Stop crying...You're going to hurt yourself more...I'm going to treat the wound don't worry...I don't have anesthetic so you're going to have to bear with this." He said grabbing his medic stuff as I wiped the tears from my other eye and looked at him, watching him grab all his medical equipment.

"Ira—"

"My name is Age Signum...I prefer you call me Age though instead of Ira. I don't like formalities but with the other Sins I have to bear with it." He said as he sterilized his tools.

Suddenly a knock was heard and I looked to see a young boy by the door. He looked like age with both of them having black hair and they looked alike too.

"What do you want, Ajax? I'm busy here..."Ira—Age said not looking at Ajax as he started to treat the wound to my eye after telling me to lie down.

"Just wanted to see ya big bro! Who's the cutie? Your new toy? Glad you're over Marie!" Ajax said grinning at his brother who only rolled his eyes at him while I blushed at his compliment. Oh damn it Alexis! Stop letting them get to you! Be like Chara! Be intimidating!

After a few hours of treating my eye, Age put a patch on it and told me what I should and shouldn't do with it as I nodded and lifted my hand on the patch which he slapped saying I shouldn't do that a I nodded slowly.

"Now that that's done, you can go back to your room. Marie is waiting for you...and if she hurts you again you can kill her if you want...That would do me a huge favor.." Age said without emotion in his voice. I got up and started to walk back to my "room" and found Marie sitting there waiting as I sighed. Hell even if I fought my way through I wasn't as strong as Chara.

"Welcome back loser! Superbia called and he said he would like to meet you~" She says smirking and had that look that showed she couldn't wait until I was killed. She proceeded to tie up my hands from behind. She was being extra cautious of me now as I smirked seeing the broken lip and nose I gave her as she shoved me forward to the door I just went through.

I growled at her as I walked but at the same time my thoughts drifted to my sister, I was worried for Chara. I hope she was ok. Just thinking about her being in danger made me really worried.

As we walked down the halls I noticed that it looked medieval like. Kind of like what you see in old century era castles. The walls were stone with some having cracks on them and flags that were torn or ripped apart and from the looks of it, it looked like a large creature slashed at it. When we made it to the center I was standing in front of red with golden hemmed dual doors that were three times larger than heaven's gate.

"Get in brat! Superbia is waiting for your ass!" Marie said twirling a knife in her hand and the other one on her hip as she taps her foot waiting for me to open the doors. Heck even if I fight her I already ran out of Love Vials to coat my hammer with.

I did as she says and enter the room with her walking behind me. The room was larger than the other rooms I've seen. It looked like an old throne room from the medieval era. The queen's old throne was covered from what I remember Chara telling me that happens when the queen isn't present or dead but on the King's throne sat a man his right leg crossed in a gentlemanly way with his palm holding his face. This man reeked of sin and I could feel my spine tingling as I looked at him.

"Ah there you are~ my, it has been years hasn't it?" He says getting up with a smirk as he begins to walk my way the shadow covering half of the upper part of his face as he walked towards me in a dominant yet menacing manner.

"What are you talking about dude? Hell I don't even know you! Just let me go already!!" I yelled glaring at him but instantly felt nervous as he continued to walk I swear I could hear his footsteps going louder and louder in each step and when he was in front of me he didn't show any hateful looks my way....oddly enough, he had a smile on his face that felt...calming.

He raised his hand while I winced and was about to back away. His aura felt dangerous and it was driving my senses crazy! But when he touched the top of my head it felt...warm. What the hell is happening to me? I stare at his smile as I saw his face looking down at me with a confident smirk that almost looked playful.

"Oh come now Alexis~"

"....Is that anyway to treat your father?~"
