We had made it to the Academy panting in deep breaths. Eric was on his bum on the floor taking in breaths and Alexis was bent over hands on her knees as she starts cursing. I looked around the courtyard and didn't find a single student around.

"Tch...they're all inside by now....come on we can still make it in 5 minutes...." I say looking at the two who were now groaning in frustration as we walked through the huge marble doors.

The school was huge something you would expect a prestigious academy to look like. The tall building was made of marble and even the columns supporting it were made of nicely designs marble columns. The windows were blue but in a one way mirror type were you could see from the inside to out but not the other way around in order to avoid the mortals who were ignorant enough to understand what we do in the academy. The way in was a large golden door and it was often open looking from the outside it looked like a regular high school. But students from this academy knew better that it was just an illusion to keep mortals from suspecting anything out of the ordinary.

We entered through the open dual doors and passed through. Unlike like most schools we have a very UNIQUE "metal detector". It's transparent and you can't see it as it covers up what the inside of the school really looks like. Though this barrier door is very useful in sensing if you're a Sin or a Purity. We call it Heaven's gate.

"Ow!!"

I looked back and saw Alexis on the other side rubbing her nose. This always happens to her for some reason. She can't go in in one try...it takes her at least two or three tries before the gate lets her in. I may have to consult the higher ups about this problem soon. The gate is very special in a way that when you're a Sin, it doesn't let you in at all.....while a Purity can safely pass through without a problem.

"Ugh!! I hate this barrier thing!! I feel like it just loves to make my day bad!" She says as she grumbles walking ahead of us to the main auditorium.

There we see all the Purities that attend here all lined up according to their ranks. There were the Dormants, those who have not unlocked their traits yet they wore green checkered skirts and dark green vests for guys, Trainees, those who have just unlocked their traits and trying to figure out their capabilities they wear blue checkered skirts with black vests while the boys had blue vests, Third, we have the Scouts, those who have went through the Right of Passage which is a tournament that one can only go through when you have summoned the weapons of your trait they wear yellow checkered skirts for girl and gold vests for guys, and then there is us, the Virtues, those who have complete mastery of our weapons and can channel our trait energy through our weapons we wore the red checkered skirts and white button up shirts while the guys had black with red designed vests and black pants.

These 4 ranks are only the basic though. We were more on student level compared to the other two ranks that were well respected and higher ranked than ours. But being at the top of the 4 ranks we were the rookies compared to the other ranks. Which sometimes is a great big tiring day ESPECIALLY when lunch starts.

I spotted our rank line and three of our friends who were already there Integrity, Perseverance and Temperance.

Kaitlyn Snark, the Virtue of Integrity, transferred here from Texas, Utah after Eric recruited her. Despite not being from around here she has excellent fighting capabilities. Sometimes I even spar with her.

She had blonde hair with blue streaks on them saying she wanted to look more Caelumtropolis-like but of course her accent gave her away that she wasn't from this region. She wore her sleeves up instead of down and she had bandages wrapped around her arms. Being from the same rank she had the red checkered skirt and instead of regular flats she wore her standard boots.
