Lela's POV

Those frightful things. I don't know what else scares me more than those devils Mr Caleb carried. I hated canes, like mad.

Mr Caleb was about ending the class when that fellow strolled in like he owned the school or something. He didn't even acknowledge Mr Caleb's presence. Although, if I didn't know better, I'd say he was lost in thoughts. He had this sick, tired and miserable appearance. He wasn't like the Temi from the week before.

"Temitope Ayobami, your excellency sir. Our second Principal." Mr Caleb said and he gave him a mocking bow. The whole class laughed. Temi still didn't pay attention to him, he just strolled to his seat and sat down.

'What his problem was isn't my business jare. That one is his concern.'

"Submit your assignments before our next class." Mr Caleb said as he gathered his canes and walked out of the classroom.

After Mr Caleb's class we had three more subjects before going on our short break. By then, I was so pressed. I needed to use the bathroom which was unusual. It was unlike me to use a bathroom apart from the one at my house, but today I couldn't help it. I really needed to go.

"Uhm, Judith." I called.

"Hmm?" She answered.

"In what direction is the bathroom, I really need to use it."

She turned to look at me with a concerned look, "period?" She asked.

"No!" I almost yelled. "Sorry about that, I just need to pee. I'm really pressed."

"Okay. You know we share this building with the SS1 students, right?"

"Yes." I rolled my eyes. I was getting impatient. I asked for the bathroom not a building plan.

"That means we share the bathroom with the SS1 students. When you get out of class, just take your right and go straight. You'll see an end, take your right again and that's the bathroom." She explained.

'Finally.'

"Thank you." I said and I hurried to my feet.

"You do know how to identify a male toilet from a female toilet, right?" She asked as I turned to leave.

"Sure. Isn't it indicated on the doors?" I asked just to be sure.

"It is." She smiled and I turned to leave again.

"Lela!"

'Ugh. What is it too?'

I turned to see Huoma standing beside Judith She had a frown on. Must be about the prank.

"What is it Huoma?" I had started hopping from one feet to the other.

"Where are you going?" She asked. " We have an issue to settle."

"Not now Huoma. I really need to go."

"Oh." She said when she saw how I was shaking. "Oya go fast o."

"Thank you." I said with sarcasm as I turned to leave.

"Lela!"

'Not again!'

"What?!" I yelled as I turned around. I saw Joel motioning towards me.

"We have an unfinished business. Because of your stupid pr-"

"Joel! Save it. You know what? Kill me when I come back. Right now, I really need to go." I turned and hurried out of the classroom.

"Where do you have to go?!" He yelled behind me, but I ignored him.
