Hey can you meet me for dinner tonight? The diner 30 min. thx😜
Sure, Belle. 😏
This was perfect my plan is set now all I have to do is go to dinner.
So Amy and Aiden go on a date with Blake and I. What could go wrong?
Wait. Did I just invite my ex-boyfriend and my best friend that everyone thinks I like? Crap.
What could go wrong? Except everything. May be this idea wasn't as great as I thought.
"Hey, Belle." Blake hugged me. "Should we go inside."
"I will meet you inside and get a table for four."
"Four?" Blake furrowed his eyebrows in confusion.
"You, and I. Aiden and Amy." I cheered as he heard the news.
"What? Belle you are crazy," he smirked as he turned an walked inside.
Great now I just have to wait for my plan to hopefully work.
Aiden was the next to show.
"I'm not late am I?" Aiden anxiously was fixing his appearance looking at the clock on his phone.
"No you are fine." I said soothingly putting my hand on his shoulder.
"Oh," he sighed, "good. So what am I doing here?"
"Well, I know that you are currently single."
"No, I'm not."
"What?"
"I'm seeing Charlotte."
"Why are you still with her?"
"I don't know." He said honestly.
"Look, Aiden you are a great and genuine guy. I can promise you that you will find someone she may be closer than you think." I smiled. Amy really is perfect for him if only they knew it.
"Do you trust me?"
"Sadly yes." Aiden threw his hand in his pocket.
"Then meet Blake inside."
"What? Annabel-"
"Trust me."
"Fine. If anything goes wrong and I end up attacking him, I'm blaming you." Aiden had a sense that he was joking but there was also a seriousness to it.
Aiden walked inside and Amy came up.
"Anna, what are we doing here?"
"We have a date."
"With each other?" Amy said clearly confused.
"No, a double date."
"With who?"
"Aiden and Blake." I grinned.
"Anna, I don't think this is the best-"
"Oh come on. Aiden doesn't deserve to be miserable with Charlotte and you deserve him. You two are perfect for each other."
Amy sighed. She knew I wouldn't take no for an answer.
"Let's go. However, this does prove that you like Blake." Amy teased.
"It proves nothing. I knew he would say yes with no questions asked."
"Well he likes you and you like him I don't see why you two don't go out."
"If I go out with Blake will you go out with Aiden?"
"Let's just get inside."
"Fine." I shrugged my shoulders, "just avoid the question." I continued as we walked in the 50's themed diner.
