A/N: This chapter has been a draft for.. years. Yes, years. No one will be here to read it. For those who are concerned-- I'm better. The long story short is that I had heart issues and severe anxiety and depression. I had no motivation for this. I was worried that this would never amount to anything. It never did. I had constant fevers, and i never got enough blood to certain parts of my body. I was always borderline fainting. I got addicted to my anti depressants and had to recover from that, and the weeks I spent on my antidepressants are now foggy. I don't remember them, not really.

But I'm better now. And I want to publish this before I forget it ever existed. I'm sorry for the wait, and I'm sorry to the accounts who left wattpad. I've let you down. I'm so sorry.

Mere moments later, Asriel pulled Chara into his room. Chara had been behind at a limp, holding their arms to their bare chest.

Asriel looked around for a second, before grinning
"Well, Chara! I'm not sure what games we can play! Do you have an idea?" He asked.

Chara smiled, feeling warmth radiate from their chest and cheeks, warming their body.
He was truly precious.
Chara coughed,
"No. I have no idea." They commented,

Asriel lead Chara over to the bed and let them sit down. He sat down besides them and smiled, looking over to Chara.

Chara looked around the warm, auburn tinted room.
The air was dry and dusty, yet warm and pleasant.
The scent was pleasant, after being used to the scent of stale smoke and thick alcohol — this was a nice change.

Games.
What are some fun games? Chara used to see children play jumprope and four square, but right now they seemed a bit lost,

"— how about we play pretend?" Asriel intervened Chara's thought process,
"I can be a magician! And you can be a warrior!" He suggested.

Chara looked to their leg. Warrior might be a bit hard to play, but they will play it anyways. They nodded, "Are we allies or enemies?" They wondered,

Asriel frowned, before smiling, "Allies? Is that what friends are?"

"Yes."

Chara's dull and blunt response was all Asriel needed to be extremely excited.

He got a blanket off of the bed and wrapped it around himself, before digging through his drawer and pulling out a green hat. It looked like your stereotypical wizard hat. As he wore it, the shade casted onto his face.

"I am Asriel Dreemurr the Great! The best magician in the underground!" He announced boldly, in a mock announcer voice much deeper than his natural but still not quite deep enough. He looked to Chara, before whispering,

"Chara, who are you?"

They snapped to attention, unsure exactly to how to introduce themselves.

"And.. I am Chara! The greatest warrior.. in the underground..?" Chara said, although it was more of a question than a bold statement. Asriel, however, gave a supportive thumbs up. He grabbed a stuffed animal from the bin at the foot of the bed, before setting it down.

"This! This is our enemy!" Asriel decided,

If Chara recalled, this was Snuggles.. Snuffles? It was the stuffed animal that Asriel had given them on their first night there.

"Feared enemy.. Snuggles?" Chara wondered,

Asriel laughed, "His real name is Snuffles, but his villain name is Lord... Doom." he explained simply.
