Jacob climbed back into bed. "I saw the test" he smiled and she looked up at him. "Hmm.. and.." he looked down at her, her beautiful eyes looking back into his. "I know it was negative... which was probably a good thing" she nodded. "As there may have been a possibility that it would be Josh's... but you're with me now..."

"Where are you going with this Jacob..." she smiled and sat up, pulling the silk sheets up with her chest. "I'm saying I want to try for a baby" "wow" she smiled. "I mean..." she nodded. "I mean... we have stability, I've just never thought about having children" he nodded and smiled. "Me either as a matter of fact, but with you... it's the real deal. I want a family with you Connie. But... children won't define our relationship, you're enough for me and if you don't..." she put her finger over his lip. "I think you're gonna be an amazing daddy to put babies one day" she smiled and kissed him.

"I'll come off the pill..." he grinned and stroked her cheek. "We're going to make beautiful babies" he smiled and kissed her, before rolling on top of her and pulling the duvet over them.

Connie the slice of toast from Jacob's hand and kissed his cheek before heading out the door to work.

"Mum.. there's something I need to tell you" she laughed and handed him a cup of tea. "Go on.." she smiled and sat down at the table beside him.

"I'm with someone..." he said.

"I know" She smiled and drank her tea. "Wait what how..." she laughed. "I just know, I also know you're with Connie" she smiled proud of herself. "How...wh.." she laughed. "Son, I knew before josh knew. I saw you together. I just didn't say anything. It wasn't my place" Jacob was lost for words.

"Look, you and josh are my only boys. I love you both and I'll love whoever you choose to love. You can't help who you fall in love with son. As for josh he'll come round" she smiled.

"We'll... now that's out of way..." he laughed.

After catching up with his mum, Jacob went to collect Connie from work. "Hey you" she smiled and kissed him as she got in the car. "Good day?" "Meh" she laughed and put on her seatbelt.

"So your mum already knew?!" Connie laughed as they sat down for dinner that night. "Mhmm, it was so weird con" he laughed. "So she doesn't hate us?!" He nodded and she grinned. Everything was falling into place. Her life was beginning to sparkle.
