Chapter 23

     

     A'jai

    I was still outside the bathroom knocking, she must had music in her ears or something. I went in her room to find a card or something that I could pop the lock with. I looked on her dresser and by her tv but I couldn't find on. Just as I was about to walk out her room a note on the bed caught my attention I picked it up and noticed it was Aria's handwriting. Her eyes widened as she read half of the letter before she could finish she dropped the letter and ran halfway downstairs to her mom.

"Mom come on... I think something is wrong with Aria hurry she won't answer the door" I yelled as the words barely could come from my nerves Being wrecked.

Mom got up and ran upstairs behind me. We pushed and slammed against the bathroom while calling her name until the door flew opened. We saw the shower curtain closed the water was still on and prescription pills and little spots of blood on the floor that made my heart stop. I looked at my mom I just knew I couldn't be the one to open the curtain so mom pulled it back.

   There Aria was laying in her in the tub, her eyes were closed and her left wrist was split with deep cut. Mom stood there hysterical as I rushed over to pull Aria's body out. Her body was wet kind of cold and she was clinging on to life.

I don't know who screamed the loudest between me and my mom.

"Mom please go call help now ...hurry" I said as I watched mom rush out the bathroom.

My little sister can't be dying in front of me, I examined the cuts and realized she was determined to kill herself and I wasn't there for her. Why would she do this to us, I pulled her body towards me and held her til the ambulance came, this was the worsest day of my life.

         

             Author's Pov

             Gucc, Esha and Zane literally came running through the door like they were being chased. Me and mom sat on opposite couch's I sat with the letter in my hand, and we both were crying.

"Baby what happened"? Gucc said walking towards me.

"What happened to Aria"? Esha asking already on edge, she had a feeling something bad happened.

"Aria tried to committed suicide earlier"mom said busting out in tears.

Esha gasped for air, while Gucc and Zane stood shocked.

Tears fell from my eyes as my mother just sat there for a minute screaming and crying. I was a emotional wreck just like my mother at this point but I was handling mine in a different way.

Esha slide down the wall and sat on the floor in shock. "God please tell me she's gonna be okay" Esha said with hurt in her voice.

I held out the letter "She wrote this before she did it" I said.

Gucc took the letter from my hands and read it to himself while Zane stood beside him reading over his shoulder.

     Dear love ones,

       I know I've been a little difficult and I'm sorry for that but things have been hard on me for these past few days. That night at the party the girl I was hanging with Tammy got me drunk and then left me and told me I would be safe with them. She let the boy Sage rape me and after he was done the two boys Vick and Moe did the same thing to me while he watched. They were supposed to kill me that night but I got away and came home. I don't feel safe nomore and David's arrest was my fault because I told him what More and Vick did to me and he killed them I should have never told him he would still be here with me if I didn't tell him. They hurt me so bad they ruined my life and I don't wanna live nomore... I'm sorry y'all ... Remember I love y'all so much.

   By the time they were done reading Gucc was beyond pissed, all he wanted blood, This meant war for all us. He pulled me to him and hugged me tight as I cried on his shoulder for a good minute. But what touched me the most our minds thought alike.

    They all sat up on the porch that night discussing what we was gonna do. We wanted them to suffer for what they did to Aria.

"I just don't understand why them niggas would have did something to Aria man... Like why the single her out"? Zane asked.

"So y'all don't think this was just happened ... Y'all think this might had something to do with us"? Esha asked.

"I mean we know them niggas Zane they ain't got no beef with us and you already know they don't want one"Gucc said.

Niggas was scared of Gucc and Zane in the streets. Them niggas were ruthless they went from selling on the corners to straight laying the murder game down. They all were making major moves, but Esha and A'Jai had both still never pulled no triggers I mean with Gucc and Zane they never had to but they eventually knew the day would come soon.

"I know where Tammy lives I say we go get her first"Zane stated.

"I agree... Man I'ma beat that Bitch so bad" Esha said mad as hell. And Esha was bout them hands she beat bitches with no problem whether you were bigger than her or not.

"Let me handle her" A'Jai finally spoke up causing all them to stop talking and look at her.

   She hadn't say much since they came outside it was like she was in her own little zone. She just sat there with her hands holding up her face and her elbows on her knees she was depressed all she kept thinking about was Aria.

"Let me mainly handle the situation I just want y'all to back me up if I need it" A'Jai said taking charge of the situation with a whole different mind set from Esha.

They all stood shocked, but quiet and nodded there heads. A'Jai never took charge of a situation she was usually back up but this was her sister so of course she was gonna go hard. Either way they liked this new A'Jai Girl especially Gucc I mean she was hard but he liked the fact that she could be harder.

"We gonna do this the smart way... Aria's boyfriend down at Central booking for killing Vick and Moe" A'Jai said.

A shocked expression hit Gucc face "He murked them"?

"Yes... He killed them" A'Jai stated staring at Gucc.

"I mean Sage runs with them so they all connected" Gucc said rubbing his chin as he thought for a minute. "Yeah I agree with Zane we should go to little shawdy she gonna tell us all we need to know" Gucc said referring to Tammy.

      Now in Ajai's mind, it was time to get answers....
